Negotiations Update - SRVUSD and SEIU
Annual Reopeners, Session 5 - July 28, 2025

The San Ramon Valley Unified School District (SRVUSD) negotiations team and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) negotiations team met on July 28, 2025, for the fifth session of annual reopener negotiations. While the District and SEIU have already reached agreement on the necessary budget reductions, this session focused on annual negotiations of articles identified by both parties.

Following an exchange of counterproposals, both parties reached tentative agreements on the following:

• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Bus Drivers and Transportation Vehicle Drivers Extension
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Retired Employee Benefits Plan and Trust
• Article XI: Evaluation Procedures

This negotiation process reflects the strong partnership and collaborative efforts between SRVUSD and SEIU.
