We deliver flowers and plants anywhere in the entire city of San Francisco. We're one block from the major freeways (Highways 101, 280, 80) which allows us to provide the fastest delivery experience possible in San Francisco! We deliver to any business, residential or government office address in the city, including to neighborhoods like: the Marina, Little Italy, Financial District, Upper Market, SoMA, NoPA, North Beach, Presidio Heights, Bernal Heights, Twin Peaks, the Avenues, Sunset, Outer Sunset, the Fillmore, Pier 39, Richmond, Jackson Square, the Embarcadero, Park Merced, the Haight, Japantown, Richmond District, the Mission, Golden Gate Park, Lands End, the Presidio, Oceanview, Indian Basin, China Basin, Candlestick, Hunter's Point, every hospital and hotel and (again) to any address in San Francisco. Our design studio is in the South of Market (SoMA) neighborhood of the city, close to the Financial District/Downtown and a stone's throw to most major businesses.
We would also be happy to organize a delivery outside of our delivery range for you for a fee of $65. If we can hire a courier to your recipient outside the city for that fee, we can still do it ourselves, and we will line up the special courier - otherwise, we would be working with another florist who fulfills the order & delivery. Other florists often don't have the same inventory or design capabilities that we do so substitutions will be necessary. Additionally, other florists aren't on our delivery system, so often obtaining a final picture or delivery signature isn't possible. In other words, Rossi & Rovetti Flowers cannot always guarantee to the precise or exact look and presentation of the arrangement or the flowers used. [ But even with a long distance order, we will work hard to ensure the effect should still be a positive one for your recipient !]
Delivery is quick and easy in San Francisco! The delivery courier picks up our orders twice a day around 10:30am and again around 2pm just before our studio closes. The deliveries are guaranteed by the end of the day. We do our very best to have work addresses delivered to no later than 5pm and residential orders no later than 6pm, but multiple factors can change this timing. The drivers work very hard to get the arrangements delivered as quickly as they can in the midst of traffic, protests and street closures which can be found every day in this great city! Please also realize that your recipient is most likely not expecting the delivery so we also run into people leaving early or not being home and or security that won’t allow us to leave deliveries. At that point we do our best to contact the recipient and work out a plan for delivery or leave it in a safe place for them to find upon coming home.
Since, our designers start their day very early, we can accomodate FREE pick up at our studio on Bryant Street from 7:00am to 2pm if you place your order the day before and want to pick it up on your way to work. For orders out of our delivery range the cost is a flat $65. If we are able to find a courier to deliver it out of the city for that, we will make it and line it up with the courier, but if it is a cost beyond that, we will use that fee for our service to line your order up with another florist in that local delivery area.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. If you are concerned the delivery will not make it before your recipient leaves the given address, please provide an alternative address in the city that we may deliver to if needed.
Each and every item is handmade to order so some variation will occur in style and color from the photo seen on our website. We do our very best to get it as close as possible, but occasionally substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays or if we are not able to source it on a given day. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Requesting a re-delivery, return or a refund is easy! We stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied for any reason, call us within 24 hours of delivery for a return, re-delivery or refund and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
Include which date you would like the recipient to receive the flowers in the delivery date field of the order. We are open for service Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm and closed on weekends. We are also closed for all major holidays and the time between Christmas and New Years.

They are still around, but they are simply marketing networks who take a large cut from the florist who fulfills the order. This usually lowers the quality overall and slowly but surely, less and less of us in the floristry world subscribe to them. If we line up an order for you outside of our delivery area we always look for a local florist and place it directly with them, not through a wire service.
