Summer Geometry 2019

SFUSD is offering a six-week intensive Geometry course for current 9th graders who are taking Algebra 1 as freshmen and would like to take Algebra 2 as sophomores. This course counts as a full year (10 units) of CCSS Geometry. 

Locations

Galileo HS and Mission HS

Dates

Tuesday, June 11 – Friday, July 19 (except July 4 & 5)

Times

8 AM – 1:30 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)

Prerequisites

Students must be current SFUSD 9th graders with a grade of A or B in Algebra 1 for the Fall semester and the current marking period.

Requirements

Students must attend all days of the course and will be dropped after 3 absences (no make-ups allowed).

Selection Process

If more students apply than there are available spaces, students will be chosen through a random selection process (with priority given to low SES students).
