Expectations and things to know

• Participants have to get a job within 2 weeks and work a minimum of 35h weekly.
• No rent shall be charged for the first two weeks of occupancy.  Thereafter, rent shall be $70.00 per person, per week.

• In the event that occupancy continues after 19 weeks, rent shall be $550.00 per person, per month, with the first month prorated from the end of the weekly rental period through the end of that month.
• Security Deposit: $100 (non-refundable) due and payable upon the expiration of the first four weeks of Lease.

• Rent has to be paid weekly on time.

Church and Bible Study

• Bible study every Monday and Thursday at 1pm at the Southern House and every Sunday 7pm at the Logan house.
• - Church attendance every Sunday at 10:30am.
• Daily personal bible study.

  Inspections/Drug Tests

• House moms/house dads will conduct random house inspections.  Random drug tests (self-paid) will be conducted as well.

Obligations/Evictions

Obey all program requirements and House Rules for Tenant’s participation Landlord’s “Rejoice Corpus Christi” program (in the event of any violations, Tenant may be terminated from the Program and occupancy of the Premises terminated immediately).  Insubordinate behavior will also lead to termination.
