  2. Choose your date and session, then click “Get It” to proceed to payment.
  3. Add your Parents NSW voucher number to the field marked ‘Voucher Code’ and click ‘Apply’.
  4. Your voucher will then be redeemed and $50 will be subtracted from your order.

Can I use more than one Parents NSW Voucher at a time?

You can redeem a maximum of one (1) voucher per transaction.

What if the value of my purchase is less than $50?

Once your voucher has been applied to a purchase, the entire value of the voucher will be used, regardless of the cost of your purchase. To maximise the value of your voucher,  we recommend that you use the vouchers for purchases of $50 or above.

Can I use both my Parents NSW Voucher and a Fever coupon in a single purchase?

No, you can use either one in a single transaction, but not both.

What if I decide not to complete a purchase?

Once your voucher has been applied and redeemed for a purchase, it cannot be refunded. However, if you redeem your voucher and are unable to complete a purchase for any reason, the redemption will be voided and your Parents NSW voucher will be available for use once again! Please allow up to 15 minutes for your voucher to be ready.
