Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CofounderOS ("the Service"), provided by Make Startups, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

a. Registration: In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.

b. User Conduct: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you submit or transmit through the Service and any consequences thereof. You must not use the Service to engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Startups, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
