These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CofounderOS ("the Service"), provided by Make Startups, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
a. Registration: In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure.
b. User Conduct: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you submit or transmit through the Service and any consequences thereof. You must not use the Service to engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
a. Ownership: The Service and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Make Startups, Inc. or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
b. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
a. Data Collection: We may collect and use certain information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and usage practices.
b. Third-Party Services: The Service may integrate with third-party services or websites. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for any actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
a. No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Startups, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
