Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024

1. Organizator

Organizatorem imprezy pn. Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024 (dalej: „Impreza”) jest ESL Gaming Polska Sp. z o.o. (ul. Żeliwna 38, 40-599 Katowice) wpisana do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Katowice – Wschód w Katowicach Wydział VIII Gospodarczy KRS pod nr 0000356059 (NIP: 525-24-78-330, REGON: 142403601) (dalej: „Organizator”).

2. Teren Imprezy

Impreza odbywa się na terenie Hali Widowiskowo-Sportowej Spodek (al. Korfantego 35, 40-005 Katowice) i Międzynarodowego Centrum Kongresowego (plac Sławika i Antalla 1, 40-163 Katowice) – dalej: „Teren Imprezy”.

3. Czas Imprezy

Impreza odbywać się będzie w dniach: 9-11.02.2024 roku.

4. Uczestnicy

Uczestnikiem Imprezy może być wyłącznie osoba, która akceptuje postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu. Aby wejść na Teren Imprezy należy mieć ukończone 16 lat. Osoby pomiędzy 13. a 16. rokiem życia, przed wejściem na Teren Imprezy muszą okazać pisemną zgodę od rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego. Osoby poniżej 13. roku życia mogą wejść i przebywać na Terenie Imprezy wyłącznie z rodzicem lub opiekunem prawnym.

5. Wstęp

1. Wstęp na Teren Imprezy jest bezpłatny, przy czym Organizator przewiduje możliwość sprzedaży biletów wstępu i może przyznać określone uprawnienia lub przywileje posiadaczom różnych rodzajów biletów wstępu. 2. Sprzedaż i dystrybucja biletów odbywać się będzie za pośrednictwem platformy Ticketmaster zgodnie z regulaminem tej platformy. 
3. Organizator przewiduje również sytuację, w której sprzedaż biletów będzie dokonywana za pośrednictwem innej, wybranej przez niego platformy sprzedaży.
4. Bilet wstępu ma charakter imienny, w związku z czym, wstęp na Teren Imprezy ma wyłącznie osoba, której dane znajdują się na bilecie.
5. Zakazuje się wstępu na Teren Imprezy osobie:

1. wobec której zostało wydane orzeczenie o zakazie wstępu na imprezę masową lb zobowiązujące do powstrzymania się od przebywania w miejscach przeprowadzanych imprez masowych;
2. odmawiającej poddania się czynnościom określonym w art. 20 ustawy o bezpieczeństwie imprez masowych;
3. znajdującej się pod widocznym wpływem alkoholu, środków odurzających, psychotropowych lub innych podobnie działających środków;
4. zachowującej się agresywnie, prowokacyjnie albo w inny sposób stwarzającej zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa lub porządku publicznego lub prowadzonej Imprezy;
5. posiadającej broń lub inne niebezpieczne przedmioty, materiały, wyroby, napoje, środki lub substancje;
6. której wygląd zewnętrzny uniemożliwia identyfikację;
7. małoletniej do lat 13, niebędącej pod opieką osoby pełnoletniej.

6. Ponowny wstęp

Posiadanie ważnego biletu upoważnia do powrotu na Teren Imprezy po jego opuszczeniu. Organizator nie gwarantuje możliwości ponownego wejścia na Teren Imprezy Uczestnikom, którzy - nie mając biletu wstępu -opuścili Teren Imprezy.

7. Bezpieczeństwo

Ze względu na konieczność zapewnienia szczególnych środków bezpieczeństwa, każdy Uczestnik Imprezy, który chce wejść na Teren Imprezy, będzie poddany kontroli osobistej oraz kontroli bagażu. Uczestnicy, którzy nie poddadzą się kontroli osobistej i kontroli bagażu nie zostaną wpuszczeni na Teren Imprezy.

8. Służby ochrony

Za bezpieczeństwo na Terenie Imprezy odpowiada FIRMA OCHRONY, SZKOLENIA, ASEKURACJI FOSA Sp. z o.o. (ul. Katowicka 115 C, 41-500 Chorzów) (dalej: „Służba ochrony”).

9. Polecenia

Uczestnicy Imprezy zobowiązani są do stosowania się do: poleceń przedstawicieli Organizatora, pracowników Służby ochrony, Służby informacyjnej oraz przepisów obowiązujących w związku z sytuacją epidemiczną i zasad bezpieczeństwa ustalonych przez Organizatora.

10. Zakazy

Na Terenie Imprezy, zabronione jest:

6. okazywanie jakichkolwiek przejawów agresji i przemocy;
7. posiadanie, wnoszenie oraz spożywanie (zażywanie): alkoholu, narkotyków, dopalaczy i innych substancji odurzających, psychotropowych lub psychoaktywnych. Zakaz posiadania i spożywania alkoholu nie dotyczy alkoholu nabytego w miejscu trwania Imprezy od podmiotu uprawnionego do prowadzenia sprzedaży. Spożywanie alkoholu może mieć miejsce wyłącznie w miejscach do tego wyznaczonych;
8. posiadanie i wnoszenie broni, opakowań szklanych oraz innych przedmiotów mogących stanowić zagrożenie dla zdrowia i życia uczestników (np. wskaźniki laserowe);
9. głoszenie lub wywieszanie haseł, symboli, treści w jakikolwiek sposób naruszających prawo lub dobra osobiste osób trzecich (w tym w szczególności obscenicznych, wulgarnych, obraźliwych, rasistowskich itp.) oraz materiałów propagandowych o charakterze rasistowskim, ksenofobicznym, politycznym, światopoglądowym czy religijnym; a także zachęcanie innych uczestników Imprezy do głoszenia takich treści m.in. poprzez intonowanie pieśni lub okrzyków;
10. wnoszenie i używanie jakichkolwiek flag i transparentów, a także urządzeń emitujących dźwięk;
11. używanie otwartego ognia;
12. wnoszenie i posiadanie materiałów pirotechnicznych, gazu w aerozolu, substancji łatwopalnych;
13. palenie tytoniu oraz e-papierosów poza miejscami do tego wyznaczonymi;
14. wprowadzanie zwierząt;
15. prowadzenie, happeningów, prezentacji, handlu oraz każdej innej działalności zarobkowej, a także wszelkich działań promocyjnych, marketingowych i reklamowych -bez uzyskania wcześniejszej pisemnej zgody Organizatora);
16. posiadanie bagażu o wymiarach większych niż 55 cm x 25 cm x 40 cm. Każdy bagaż przekraczający powyższy limit, powinien zostać złożony do depozytu znajdującego się przed wejściem na Teren Imprezy. Depozyt jest odpłatny;

17. używanie elementów odzieży lub przedmiotu służących do zakrycia twarzy lub do uniemożliwienia lub utrudnienia identyfikacji – chyba że jakiekolwiek inne wytyczne wynikają z przepisów prawa, np. w związku z wprowadzeniem stanu epidemii;

18. używanie urządzeń znajdujących się na Terenie Imprezy niezgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem a także niszczenie infrastruktury znajdującej się na Terenie Imprezy;
19. nieuzasadnione zajmowanie miejsc w ciągach komunikacyjnych oraz na drogach ewakuacyjnych;
20. wchodzenie i przebywanie w miejscach nieprzeznaczone dla publiczności. Zakaz dotyczy w szczególności terenu, na którym prowadzone są rozgrywki e-sportowe i urządzeń nieprzeznaczonych dla powszechnego użytku oraz innych miejsc, urządzeń i pomieszczeń, do których dostęp mają wyłącznie służby specjalistyczne lub przedstawiciele Organizatora.

11. Katalog otwarty

Wykaz zawarty w pkt 10 powyżej nie jest wyczerpujący. Organizator uprawniony jest do określenia innych przedmiotów i zachowań uznawanych za niedozwolone. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo odmowy wyrażenia zgody na wniesienie przedmiotu, jeżeli istnieje uzasadnione podejrzenie, iż może on być użyty w celu popełnienia czynu zabronionego, określonego ustawą lub niniejszym Regulaminem.

12. Akceptacja Regulaminu

Wstęp i przebywanie na Terenie Imprezy oznacza akceptację i zobowiązanie do przestrzegania niniejszego Regulaminu.

13. Skutki nieprzestrzegania Regulaminu

Niestosowanie się do Regulaminu lub poleceń Organizatora, albo też działających w jego imieniu pracowników Służby porządkowej oraz Służby informacyjnej, skutkuje natychmiastowym usunięciem z Terenu Imprezy.

14. Prawo do usunięcia Uczestnika

Zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 marca 2009 r. o bezpieczeństwie imprez masowych Organizator ma prawo i obowiązek usunięcia z Terenu Imprezy osób zakłócających porządek publiczny i niestosujących się do postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu (art. 22 ust.1 pkt 2 ustawy o bezpieczeństwie imprez masowych).

15. Utrwalanie przebiegu Imprezy

Organizator utrwala przebieg Imprezy. Wejście na Tereni Imprezy jest jednoznaczne z wyrażeniem zgody na nieodpłatne wykorzystanie wizerunku Uczestnika na potrzeby realizacji telewizyjnej i fotograficznej oraz w nagraniach utrwalonych podczas Imprezy wykorzystywanych i udostępnianych w sposób komercyjny lub niekomercyjny, na wszelkiego rodzaju nośnikach m.in. w celu transmisji i promocji Imprezy oraz działalności Organizatora i jego partnerów czy kontrahentów.

16.  Zakaz nagrywania

Zabrania się nagrywania (utrwalania w postaci rejestracji audio lub wideo lub audio wideo) oraz utrwalania techniką fotografii cyfrowej lub analogowej całego przebiegu Imprezy lub jej obszernych fragmentów, w celach jakiejkolwiek publikacji, dowolną techniką lub za pośrednictwem dowolnego medium w szczególności w Internecie np. na portalach YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, bez pisemnej zgody Organizatora.

17. Sprawy nieuregulowane

W przypadku zaistnienia spraw spornych, nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem, decyzje podejmuje Organizator.

18. Zmiany Regulaminu

Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego Regulaminu i jednocześnie zobowiązuje się do niezwłocznego opublikowania zmian na stronie https://pro.eslgaming.com/tour/csgo/katowice.

19. Zmiany przebiegu Imprezy

Organizator informuje, iż celem dostosowania do zmian przepisów powszechnie obowiązującego prawa, lub też w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa epidemiologicznego, przebieg Imprezy może ulec zmianie.

20. Administrator danych

Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników jest Organizator (ESL Gaming Polska Sp. z o.o.) Więcej informacji na temat przetwarzania danych osobowych przez Organizatora znajduje się w klauzuli informacyjnej, dostępnej pod adresem https://pro.eslgaming.com/tour/csgo/katowice.

21. Dostępność Regulaminu

Regulamin jest dostępny na stronie internetowej Organizatora: https://pro.eslgaming.com/tour/csgo/katowice/ oraz w siedzibie Organizatora.

Ostrzeżenie o epilepsji 

Niektórzy ludzie wystawieni na działanie specyficznie migających świateł lub powtarzających się świetlnych rozbłysków narażeni są na napady epilepsji lub utratę przytomności. Może to ujawniać się u nich podczas oglądania telewizji lub grania w niektóre gry komputerowe, nawet jeśli osoba taka nigdy wcześniej nie miała napadów padaczkowych. Jeśli Ty lub ktoś z członków twojej rodziny mieliście objawy epilepsji lub traciliście przytomność poddani działaniu błyskających świateł, skonsultuj się z lekarzem przed przystąpieniem do Imprezy. Radzimy rodzicom nadzorować swoje dzieci podczas Imprezy. Jeśli zaobserwujesz u siebie lub swojego dziecka któreś z tych objawów: mdłości, zaburzenia widzenia, niekontrolowane ruchy oczu lub mięśni, utrata przytomności, dezorientacja, konwulsje, NIEZWŁOCZNIE zawiadom służby ratunkowe i poinformuj Organizatora! 

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024

1. Organizer

The organizer of the Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2024 event, hereafter named as the "Event," is ESL Gaming Polska Sp. z o.o. The company's address is located at ul. Żeliwna 38, 40-599 Katowice. It is recorded in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register managed by the District Court of Katowice - Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register with registry number 0000356059 (NIP: 525-24-78-330, REGON: 142403601). From this point on, the organisation shall be referred to as the "Organizer."

2. Event Venue

The Event will take place at the Spodek Sports and Entertainment Hall (al. Korfantego 35, 40-005 Katowice) and the International Congress Centre (plac Sławika i Antalla 1, 40-163 Katowice) - henceforth known as the "Event Venue."

3. Date and time of the Event

The Event will take place on: 9th-11th of February 2024

4. Participants

Only those who agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations may attend the Event Venue. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years old to enter the Event Venue, however, those between 13 and 16 years of age are required to present written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to entering the Venue. Individuals under the age of 13 are only permitted to enter and remain at the Event Venue if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Entrance

1. Admission to the Event Venue is free of charge, although the Organizer provides for the possibility of selling admission tickets and may grant certain rights or privileges to holders of different types of admission tickets. 2. Tickets will be sold and distributed through the Ticketmaster platform in compliance with its terms and conditions.
3. The Organizer also anticipates a scenario where ticket sales will occur through an alternate sales platform of their selection.

4. The ticket for admission is individual and only the person whose personal data appear on the ticket will have access to the venue of the Event.
5. Access to the Event Venue is prohibited for the following individuals:

1.  those who have been issued with an order banning their entry to a mass event or compelling them to refrain from attending such places;

2.  those who refuse to comply with the provisions outlined in Article 20 of the Mass Events Security Act;

3. those visibly under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances or similar substances;

4.  those who display aggressive or provocative behavior, or behave in a manner that threatens public safety or disrupts the Event;

5. those in possession of weapons or other dangerous objects, materials, articles, beverages, means or substances;
6. whose physical appearance makes identification impossible;
7.  a minor under 13 years of age, not being under the care of an adult.

6. Re-entrance

With a valid ticket permits re-admission to the Event Venue upon exiting. The Organizer does not guarantee the possibility of re-entering the Event Venue to those Participants who - not having an admission ticket - have left the Event Venue.

7. Security

Due to the necessity of special security measures each Participant who wishes to enter the Event Venue shall be required to undergo a personal and baggage search. Anyone who refrains from submitting to these checks will be denied entry to the Event Venue.

8. Security Service

FIRMA OCHRONY, SZKOLENIA, ASEKURACJI FOSA Sp. z o.o. (address: Katowicka 115 C, 41-500 Chorzów) (hereinafter referred to as the "Security Service") shall be responsible for the security at the Event Venue.

9. Instructions

Participants are obliged to comply with: instructions of Organizer representatives, Security Service, Information Service, as well as all regulations relating to the epidemic situation and safety rules specified by the Organizer.

10. Prohibitions

At the Event Venue, it is forbidden to:

6. display any form of aggression or violence.
7. possess, bring and consume (use): alcohol, drugs, legal highs and other intoxicating, psychotropic or psychoactive substances. The possession and consumption of alcohol is prohibited except for alcohol purchased at the Event venue from an entity authorised to sell. Consumption of alcohol may only take place in designated areas;

8. possess or carry weapons, glass containers, or any other objects that may pose a danger to the health and life of participants (such as laser pointers);
9. declare or present mottos, symbols, or content that infringe the law or the personal rights of others (including, but not limited to, explicit, vulgar, insulting, racist, etc.), and to disseminate racist, xenophobic, political, ideological, or religious propaganda. Additionally, it is prohibited to provoke other participants to proclaim such content, for instance, by leading chants or cheers;

10. bring or use any flags or banners, as well as devices emitting sound;

11. use of an open flame;
12. bring or possess pyrotechnics, aerosol gas, or flammable substances;

13. to smoke or use e-cigarettes outside designated areas;
14. to bring animals;
15. to carry out, happenings, presentations, trade, or any other profit-making activity, as well as any promotional, marketing or advertising activities, without the prior written consent of the Organizer;

16. to carry luggage exceeding the maximum size of 55 cm x 25 cm x 40 cm. Any bags surpassing the aforementioned limit should be stored in the deposit situated prior to accessing the Event Venue. Please note that a fee applies for the deposit service;
17.  to wear any clothing or object that covers the face, thus making identification difficult or impossible, unless explicitly allowed by law. This may be applicable in certain situations, such as during the introduction of an epidemic situation, where alternative guidelines may be provided;
18. to misuse the facilities located in the Event Venue and to damage the Event Venue infrastructure;

19. to occupy passageways and evacuation routes without justification;

20.  to enter or stay in areas that are not intended for general public use. This restriction applies specifically to: a) the venue where eSports matches take place, b) equipment not meant for public use, and c) other areas, equipment and premises to which access is restricted to specialized services or representatives of the Organizer.

11. Open catalogue

The list in Section 10 is not all-inclusive. The Organizer may specify additional prohibited items and conduct. The Organizer reserves the right to deny permission to enter an object if there is a valid suspicion that the object could be used to commit a prohibited act as defined by law or these Rules and Regulations.

12. Acceptance of Rules and Regulations

Entrance to, and use of, the Event Venue implies acceptance of and commitment to these Rules and Regulations.

13. Consequences of non-compliance

Non-compliance with the Rules and Regulations or the directives of the Organizer, as well as the directives of the Security Service and Information Service members, will lead to expulsion from the Event Venue without delay.

14. Participant ejection

The Organizer reserves the right and is obliged to remove any person who causes a disturbance or fails to comply with the regulations at the Event Venue in accordance with the Safety of Mass Events Act of 20 March 2009 (article 22 sec. 1 point 2).

15. Recording the Event

The Event shall be recorded by the Organizer. By entering the Event Venue, Participants agree to the usage of their image for television and photography productions, and the captured recordings during the Event, which will be commercially and non-commercially accessible through all types of carriers, free of charge. These materials will be used to broadcast and promote the event, as well as the activities of the Organizer, his partners or contractors.

16. Recording Prohibition

Recording (via audio or video recording, or audio-video recording) or capturing the entire course of the Event or significant portions of it using digital or analogue photography, for the purpose of publication through any means or medium, especially on the internet such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the Organizer.

17. Unregulated matters

In case of disputes not covered by these Rules and Regulations, the Organizer shall have the sole authority to decide.

18. Amendments to the Rules and Regulations

The Organizer retains the right to modify the Rules and Regulations and pledges to publish any changes promptly on https://pro.eslgaming.com/tour/csgo/katowice.

19. Changes to the Course of the Event

The Organizer wishes to notify Participants that, in order to comply with any changes to relevant laws, or to guarantee the safety of everyone involved, there may be adjustments made to the course of the Event.

20. Data Controller

The Organizer (ESL Gaming Polska Sp. z o.o.) is responsible for administering the personal data of the Participants. If you require further information about how the Organizer processes personal data, please refer to the information clause available at https://pro.eslgaming.com/tour/csgo/katowice.

21. Availability of Rules and Regulations

The Rules and Regulations are accessible on the Organizer's website at https://pro.eslgaming.com/tour/csgo/katowice/ and at the registered office of the Organizer.

Epilepsy warning

Individuals exposed to flashing lights or light flares repeatedly and specifically are at risk of epileptic seizures or loss of consciousness. These symptoms may arise while watching television or playing certain computer games, even if the person has never had epileptic seizures prior. If you or a family member have experienced symptoms of epilepsy or lost consciousness due to flashing lights, kindly consult your doctor before attending the event. Parents should ensure they supervise their children whilst attending the Event. If you or your child experiences any of the following symptoms: nausea, visual disturbances, uncontrolled eye or muscle movements, loss of consciousness, disorientation, or convulsions, it is imperative that you IMMEDIATELY contact the emergency services and inform the Organizer!
