We enjoyed reading your application and believe that you are a great fit based on your experiences, interests, and vision for diversity, equity, and inclusion at [insert organization name]. We look forward to your contributions to shape our DEI program and know that your engagement with the DEI Committee will have a meaningful impact on our organization now and for years to come. Not only will your participation add to our company culture, but it will also equally influence your personal and professional development.
We are currently communicating with all applicants and will be formally announcing the DEI Committee to the company soon!
