​Q. What is Tesoro Store’s Cancellation Policy?

Ans. You can cancel your order before the start of your order preparation or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first. Since our businesses are smaller in scale, the products are made to order and packed at the earliest. To promote sustainability, this policy is being used

Q. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Ans. You can mail us at support@tesorostore.in if you want to change the shipping address. If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to assist you with the same.

You can mail us at support@tesorostore.in before the start of your order preparation or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first. Please mention your order ID along with the product details.


Q. I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Ans. The refund will be in the form of Tesoro Store Credit which will reflect within 24 hours of the cancellation request.

Q. What is the return process in case of a damaged product?

In case of defects or damages in the Products, incorrect products shipped to the User, missing components, and empty sealed packages, the user is eligible for a refund in the form of Tesoro Store Credit.
The return request must be initiated over mail within 24 hours of the delivery along with an unboxing video of the package clearly showcasing the state of the product as received by you. The video should provide details clearly as to the reason for the return.

Shipping, COD, and any other handling charges, if any, paid at the time of placing the order shall not be returned. 



Please note that
for our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
