To solve these pain points, I would brainstorm the following solutions:

Implement a personalized content recommendation system to suggest shows and movies to users based on their viewing history and preferences.
Create a feature that allows users to set their viewing preferences and preferences for ads. For example, users can choose to watch ads only at certain times, or opt-out of certain types of ads.
Develop a feature that allows users to create personalized watchlists and save shows and movies for later viewing.
Introduce a feature that allows users to rate shows and movies, and create personalized playlists based on these ratings.
Introduce a feature that allows users to watch live streams at a later time, so that users can watch live streams even if they miss the live broadcast.
