Terms of Your License to Jewish Creators Print (Jewish Creators)
1. In consideration for having your post or comments included within a printed publication by Jewish Creators, and by agreeing to allow Jewish Creators to make use of your post, you are representing to Jewish Creators that:
- you created the content included in your post, that such content is original with you, that you did not copy or derive such content from another person, and that you have the legal right to publish such content;
- you own all rights in the content included in your post, including copyright therein;
- you grant to Jewish Creators a worldwide, transferable and sublicensable, non-exclusive right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, compile, prepare derivative works, perform, display, and process, the information and content that you agree to share with to us, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others;
- your social media profile information associated with your post is truthful;
- the content of your post does not include any false or misleading information that would tend to defame another person or business; and
- you grant to Jewish Creators a worldwide, transferable and sublicensable, non-exclusive right to publish your personal information, including your name, likeness (including your social media profile picture) and your posted Bio information in conjunction with the aforementioned uses of your content.
2. Jewish Creators agrees that we will not include your content in advertisements for the products and services of third parties to others (including sponsored content) without your separate consent. However, Jewish Creators reserves the right, without payment to you or others, to serve ads near your content and information.
3. While Jewish Creators shall have the right to edit, and make format changes to, your content (such as translating or transcribing it, modifying the size, layout or file type or removing metadata), Jewish Creators agrees not to modify the meaning of your expression, or omit attribution to you as the author.
4. Because you own your content, and you are granting to Jewish Creators only the non-exclusive rights to use it described above, you can continue to make it available to others, including under the terms of a Creative Commons license.
