Recognition of visitors at Board Meeting is intended for individuals in the community to address the School Board and to speak to issues that may be forthcoming in the Board Meeting. The Prescott School Board will not respond to any questions or remarks of the visitors but may direct the administration to contact the visitor following the meeting.

- Recognition of Visitors
- The Board will consider a motion to convene in closed session under exemptions 19.85(1)(e) / Prescott High School Room 117
- Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
- Setting Negotiation Parameters for Sale of District Assets – the Board will set negotiating parameters (including, but not limited to, sale price) for the sale of unneeded District assets.
- Adjourn from Closed Session back into Open Session

Upon request to the Superintendent submitted twenty-four (24) hours in advance, the District shall make reasonable accommodations, including the provision of informational material in an alternative format, for a disabled person to be able to attend this meeting.
The agenda, as noted above, was sent more than twenty-four hours prior to the meeting date. Due to this fact, the agenda published in the Pierce County Journal may have been revised after delivery to the newspaper.
