Order management - allocation of orders to delivery teams. Ensuring all orders are served as per time slot.
- Ensure process adherence by delivery teams.
- Providing support to customers regarding delivery status, issue resolution etc.
- Follow-up with customers for payment collections.
- Follow-up with existing customers for demand generation.
- Managing key accounts.
- Execute defined operational processes for higher customer and employee satisfaction.
