Camellia City participants must be in good standing.  Both participants must be a current member of USBC.

2.

Doubles team must consist of at least one Camellia Club member.  All teams must bowl five (5) games to qualify.

3.

This event is Scotch Doubles / bowl alternate shots-throw out the high & low scores.  Members will use the highest 21 game average from bowl.com for 2024-25 or highest current 21 game average.  Guests will use the highest bowl.com average for 2024-25 or current league average of 21 games or more (must be verified by current league standing sheet whichever is highest); if none, the highest current average of 21 games; if none, highest summer league average of 21 games or more (must be verifiable).  If none of these apply, a 200 average will be used..

If your league average is 10 pins higher than your Bowl.com average, your higher average must be used.  Rule 319a.  Bowlers are responsible for verifying their own average.  If submitted average is lower than required resulting in a lower classification, the score is disqualified.  If the submitted average is higher than required, prize winnings will be based on the submitted average.

5.

Check in 1 hr. before the squad time.  A bowler arriving late must start in the frame which is being bowled and shall receive a (0) for frames missed.  Bowlers will not be permitted to make up frames missed.

6.

100% PRIZE FUND RETURN.  Handicap shall be 90% of 200.  This event will have five (5) divisions as stated above.  One (1) in every five (5) entries will be paid.  In case of a tie, money will be equally divided.  Awards will be mailed within thirty (30) days of the event.

7.

Checks must accompany entry form.  Make checks payable to Camellia City 500 Club.  There will be a $25 service charge on any returned check.  No refund of entry fee.

8.

Lanes are assigned as entries are received.  If you want to bowl with a friend(s), the entry forms must be sent in together.  There is NO guarantee of this but we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.

9.

USBC rules will prevail.  Anything not covered will be left to the discretion of the Board of Directors.
