DATA DELETION POLICY

You can request all your data and account to be deleted by contacting our customer support via email (RamtinSoftwareSolutions@gmail.com).  You can already delete your offers including their pictures yourself within the app.  You must delete all your offers first before contacting us for account data deletion.  However, if your offer has been bid on or has been sold, it can only be deleted after 1 year from the last activity date for security, fraud prevention or law enforcement reasons.

ADVERTISING POLICY  

This app partly relies on advertising revenue.  These ads typically redirect you to third party web pages which may collect further information.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this app you agree to receive emails and other activity notifications from Offeria.  You agree to pay our platform fee whenever purchasing goods and/or services on this app.  We have no liability or responsibility in these transactions other than acting as a money transfer agent and your payments shall be deemed final and non-refundable.  We do not store your credit or debit card information on our platform.  The user of this app must comply with all the applicable sales and trades of alcohol and arms and substance control and/or other laws.  The user of this app shall not use this app in any way that is deemed fraudulent or harmful to any other user or to us.  These policies are subject to change without notice.
