• Bi-Laws - next year’s PTA election (2024-2025 school year) is either only online or only in person. Can continue PTA meetings as hybrid.

• Ms. Barry Family support coordinator @ QCH - can provide support to families for job placement, medical insurance sign up, etc. You do not have to be a resident of Pomonok to receive their support. She serves the Flushing & Fresh Meadows community. Will be outside during dismissal to hand out flyers.

• Title 1 - collecting ideas, proposals and suggestions on how we can use title 1 funding

• Perfect attendance letters are sent out monthly; tentatively every 3 months perfect attendance award assembly

• Principal award based on POWER motto. 1 student from each grade every month receives this award.

• Cheerleading & basketball tryouts for 4th & 5th grade for Fall. Soccer try-outs in the Spring.

• Morning program TBD

• Monthly newsletter from teachers

• Parents can request new iPad for new students
