4. Afternoon with a UCR Math Professor

1. Reach out to women in the Math department at UCR to see if we can have a Zoom social "Get to know your professor" type event

5. Reach out to writing center for Graduates

6. Reach out to undergraduate writing support program

1. They offer distance tutoring via Zoom
2. Tera to reach out to undergrad

7. AWM Memberships

1. 20 free annual memberships for grad students

1. Gabby sent out email and is following up

2. Free for all undergrads

1. Tera will come up with rough draft

8. AWM Elections

1. May 19: send out in the morning, let it run until midnight
2. Those interested to submit statement of interest
3. Make google form/poll for voting
4. Submit informal interest beforehand
5. Cut off for submitting official statement of interest: May 16
6. We'll hold our regular meeting that day so people can present on Zoom, open to questions.
7. Mandy to send out election email: grad students and mailing list.
