The run start time is 9.30am but with the start line remaining open for a few minutes for those who'd prefer a more relaxed and spacious start.
You should plan to arrive 45 minutes before the start. We'll be ready for you from 8.00am.
On-the-day registration is available. Do you know someone else who would like to take part? Bring them along!
At registration, you'll be asked to confirm your details before collecting a race number and safety pins.
Once you have your number bib, move to the preparation area to complete the emergency details on the reverse and attach it to the front of the top you'll be running in.
The park toilets near the Bandstand will be available throughout the event. There is a 20p charge to use the toilets which accept contactless payment only.
You can leave any clothing, bags, keys and phones at our bag drop. Your race number has a tear-off strip on the bottom that should be attached to anything you leave with us.
The race starts promptly at 9.30am.
We'll make announcements asking you to prepare to run and move into the start area shortly before the race.
The course is all on tarmac pathway and is 5km long. 10km runners make two loops, 5km runners make one loop.
The course is marshalled, signed with arrows and kilometre markers.
Please view the interactive map Route map
There will be water station on the route. Collapsible cups will be provided at registration which you will use at the water stations so that we can reduce the amount of plastic waste at the events. Please keep them with you as you run.
There will also be water available in the event village to fill water bottles (which we encourage).
Please keep these cups and bring them back to your next event with us.
Spectators are permitted anywhere in the park and around the route. Please be mindful of others' comfort and safety in more popular locations, including the finish area.
When you've recovered, collect your medal, water and snacks from next to the finish area, and don't forget to collect any belongings you've left with us.
Any lost property or left belongings will be kept for one month.
A complete set of results will be posted online and emailed to all runners on Sunday afternoon.
