Local cafe gift cad for most money spent on raised right.
Pizza With The Principal: no longer getting pizza from pizza Factory, historically cost was $80 with little ceasers it was $95. Moving forward we should find a new source. School pizza and option, parent sign up to deliver from pizza factory an option. Next jan 112th.

*New or Changing Activities for PTC
-Assemblies: Auburn Symphony Jan 24th, Sami Circuit March 5th, Wild Things march 21st.
-Ikedas Pie Sale: total sales: 300! Pick up wed. Nov. 15th. Pickup will start the 15th evening pick ups available 16th, we need to remove pies from freezer.
-Clubs: garden club in the works, Art club being planned. Payment, and candidates being looked in too.
Jog A thon: need fundraiser item ideas,
Movie Night will be planned over the next few weeks via email.
*Coordinator Reports
-Art Docent- looking good.
-Running Club
- 500 miles ran. 250 miles a month average.
-Staff Appreciation:
-Thanksgiving Luncheon 11/16. Signups have been sent, still need a salad and a soup.
-Yearbook: pictures from the carnival and other events.
-Garden: No updates
-Book Fair/Scholastic: money is set for the book fair in may. We have no expiring scholastic money.
Fall Carnival: very successful, moving up one week next year to accommodate conflicting events, petting zoo was not missed. Great raffle prizes helped drive income inspire of the Lower turnout. Care crew was helpful in cleaning up and earned $.
