February has also been named 'Make Kindness Contagious Month,' and here at AESD, we're embracing the challenge. Let's spread acts of kindness like wildfire, creating a ripple effect of positivity. Small gestures can make a big impact, so let's make this month a beacon of warmth and compassion. Together, we can make kindness contagious!
Parent Engagement Calendar: We are excited to share with you our February calendar for parent engagement, which you can access through the English and Spanish links. We warmly invite you to join us in various activities and events throughout the month, where we can work together to strengthen the bond between home and school. We look forward to your continued partnership.
CalKIDS: The California Kids Investment and Development Savings Program (CalKIDS) was launched in 2022 to help California children prepare financially for the costs of post secondary education. Studies have shown that children and families with even small savings set aside for college are three times more likely to enroll in college, and four times more likely to graduate.
