Regarding the experience
What can I expect from the Sunset Vibes Silent Disco event?
A “Silent Disco” dance experience at an epic beachfront location! Upon check-in you’ll receive high-fidelity headphones (sanitized for your safety). Headphones have 5 audio channels so you can choose from 5 DJs performing simultaneously on 5 stages. Each channel on the headphones glows a different color so you can see what channel others are listening and dancing to.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Vista Restaurant’s beachfront patio located at 11 Pier Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The event is held primarily outdoors where all the DJs are although you can also enjoy the music indoors in the restaurant and bar.
How long does the experience last?
The event lasts 4 hours.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
It is outdoors so it is safe. The range on the headphones is about ¼ mile so you can also roam onto the beach and plaza.
Is there air conditioning?
No
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
No, but the headphones have a volume control so you can turn it up loud. The people watching and ambiance would be enjoyable for everyone.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
None
Will there be strobe lights?
No
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Seating is limited unless you reserve a table or firepit to eat and drink.
🔥Fire Pit Tables (seats 12) & Picnic Tables for 6 are available with reservations. To make a reservation for a table, send an email to info@vista-hb.com or call (310-372-9797) and tell them you're coming for Sunset Vibes Silent Disco! (Minimum food & beverage purchase required). Tickets (headphones) for the Silent Disco sold separately.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

What happens if I arrive late?
Users may check-in any time during the 4 hour event.

There is no parking on site but there is parking at parking lots/structures and on the streets nearby.
What if the weather is bad?
We suggest you dress in layers since it can get cool by the beach in the evenings. If the event is canceled due to weather or any reason, you will receive a refund.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
The venue does not allow you to bring your own alcohol. Smoking is prohibited.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No
Regarding the tickets
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Fever is the primary ticket outlet for Sunset Vibes Events and offers the lowest prices.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
