When is it known which players are participating in the tournament?
The final entry list of players will not be known until approximately two weeks before the tournament. You can consult it at https://www.europeantour.com/european-tour/. This list may change up to the day before the tournament starts.
The presence of players in the promotional images does not guarantee their participation in the tournament.
What time does the event start?
Doors open at 8:30 am. The players' tee times will be known prior to the start of the tournament and can be consulted at https://www.europeantour.com/european-tour/.
Can I enter the venue at any time?
Yes, within the opening hours: Thursday and Friday from 8.30am to 7.30pm; Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am to 6.30pm.
Is it possible to leave and enter the venue on the same day?
If you are leaving the site with the intention of re-entering on the same day, you must request a wristband at the exit control that will give you access on your return. Otherwise you will not be able to re-enter.
What action will be taken on COVID-19?
Golf is played outdoors, does not require physical contact and allows a safe distance to be maintained at all times, making it safe from COVID-19. In any case, and in order to provide a safe environment, the tournament will be held in compliance with the measures dictated by the health authority at all times. How much do tickets cost?
The price of a general admission ticket varies between €15 and €30. There are two types of season tickets and special prices for members of golf federations, children under 14 and people with registered disabled. If you buy a reduced-price ticket (members of golf federations, minors, registered disabled) you must present the proper identification when you enter the venue.
Where can I buy tickets for the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters?
On Fever´s app, available on Google Play and Apple Store, and on Fever´s website.
Can I buy a ticket at the event?
No, the event will not have a ticket office.
What does the VIP Experience consist of?
The VIP Experience will give you access to the course and the Masters Suite, among other exclusive areas, where you can enjoy an excellent culinary proposal and experience the best golf at first hand. The Masters Suite has a private terrace with views of the putting green and a buffet with a carefully chosen selection of fine Mediterranean cuisine. In addition, the VIP Experience includes 1 VIP parking space, next to the exclusive access to the course.
Do children pay admission?
Admission is free for children under 2 years of age when accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 years of age are entitled to tickets at special prices.
Are tickets reprinted in case of loss?
Access to the event is via the QR on the ticket, which you must show on your mobile phone. In any case, duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to tickets.
Can I access all tournament zones with the same ticket?
No, there are different types of tickets that give access to different zones.
If I buy a season ticket, can I share it with other people?
No, the season ticket is a single ticket, personal and non-transferable, with the details of a single attendee.
Can the ticket be resold?
The ticket cannot be resold under any circumstances.
Can tickets be returned or exchanged?
No, the purchase is firm and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
What do I do if the tournament is suspended, postponed or cancelled?
The PGA European Tour will communicate, as soon as possible, any suspension, postponement or cancellation of the tournament via its website https://www.europeantour.com/european-tour/.
If play is delayed or interrupted but starts as scheduled or resumes on the same day, Ticket Holders will not be entitled to a refund.
If play on any day is rescheduled, postponed or cancelled in its entirety (i.e. not a shot is played on the day for which the ticket is valid), the ticket purchaser may request a refund through the means by which the tickets were purchased.
In no case will refunds be made at the venue.
If the tournament is eventually cancelled or played behind closed doors for reasons related to COVID-19, Fever will notify the ticket purchaser as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.

Is there transport to get from the car park to the event?
The car park for the general public (yellow car park) is free of charge and is signposted to La Reserva Club de Golf. From there, there will be a continuous shuttle service to the entrance of the event. The car park for VIP guests (blue car park) is closed to the VIP entrance.
Can food and/or drink be brought into the venue?
No, food and drink cannot be brought in. There are food and beverage areas inside the venue.
Can I enter the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters with my pet?
Pets are only allowed to enter the tournament if they are properly accredited guide dogs.
Can I use my mobile phone inside the venue?
The use of mobile phones is permitted, although it is restricted to certain signposted areas. Calls may only be made and received in these areas. Mobile phones must remain silent at all times.
Can I bring cameras to the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters?
The use of professional cameras is not allowed during the tournament. Remember that photographs and/or any other sound recordings, as well as images taken inside the venue can only be used for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes.
Is there any object that is forbidden to enter the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters?
It is forbidden to enter the venue with alcoholic beverages, drugs and other narcotic substances, and with any type of object considered dangerous, such as bottles, jars or any type of container, glass objects, weapons or instruments likely to be used as such, flares, fireworks or other pyrotechnic devices, laser pointers, sprays, drones, etc. It is also forbidden to enter the venue with ladders, boxes, crates and other similar items intended to be used to achieve an elevated position; as well as musical instruments, loudspeakers, public address systems or other similar items used for amplification or broadcasting. It is also forbidden to bring bicycles, scooters and other similar equipment for getting around, except for those to be used by registered persons with mobility problems.
Is it possible to eat and drink at the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters?
Yes, there are different food and beverage areas along the course.
Can I pay by credit card at the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters?
Yes, you can pay with any type of debit or credit card.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the entire venue, except in the areas set aside for this purpose.
