Season Expectations

Attendance Policy: Each team practice is mandatory. No-shows without communication are considered unexcused absences. Athletes who accumulate more than 3 unexcused absences can be dismissed from the team.

**All competitions and program events are mandatory attendance!**

Practice Attire: No jewelry or long acrylic nails are to be worn to practices or competitions. Appropriate practice wear and shoes should be worn each day to practice. Girls’ hair should be tied up away from the face.

Quit Policy: If your athlete quits the team before the season ends, there are no refunds. Additionally, a $250 quit fee can be charged to your card on file.

Closed Practice Policy: Team practices are closed to parent viewing. This ensures complete athlete focus and keeps the routine/team skills more of a surprise so that competitions are that much more special for our families!

Payment Policy: Each family must have a card on file in their Parent Portal account, which will be auto-charged on the 1st of each month for tuition (unless prior-approved for a different date). Cash or check is also accepted. If your payment is not received, a $25 late fee will be added to your account. Nspire All-Stars can dismiss families due to non-payment.

Positivity Pledge: At Nspire All-Stars, we pride ourselves on our outstanding family atmosphere. Together, we strive to be a positive and welcoming place where athletes can grow and shine. Our program is a family, where each of us plays a small role in building a cheerful community. Let’s make this a place you would want to be part of! Bullying will not be tolerated.

Community Involvement: Our teams are involved in events such as Holiday parades, fundraising events, community outings, team bonding days, and more. These are mandatory events, as we wish for our athletes to grow in our community and with each other as a team
