CATERING / BACKSTAGE

Korjaamon järjestämillä keikoilla bändeille tarjotaan “house catering” rideriä mukaillen. Sisältäen lämpimän ruuan sekä mietoja että alkoholittomia juomia.

Vuokrakeikoilla Korjaamo ei tarjoa cateringia tai muita backstagetarjoiluja.

Backstageksi varataan jokin Korjaamon neuvotteluhuoneista, riippuen missä esiintyminen tulee tapahtumaan. Backstage ilmoitetaan etukäteen. Iltavastaava tai teknikko saattaa esiintyjän backstagelle sekä tarvittaessa backstagelta lavan lähettyville. Tarjoilut pyritään järjestämään backstagelle valmiiksi ennen esiintyjän saapumista paikalle. Lämmin ruoka on tarjolla Korjaamon ravintolasta, joka sijaitsee samassa rakennuksessa kuin neukkarit/backstaget (myös Kino ja kulmasali).

For events organized by Korjaamo, bands are provided with "house catering" following the rider. This includes a hot meal as well as mild and non-alcoholic beverages.

For rental events, Korjaamo does not provide catering or other backstage refreshments.

A backstage area will be one of Korjaamo's meeting rooms, depending on where the performance will take place. The designated backstage will be communicated in advance. The event host  or technician will escort the performer to the backstage and, if necessary, from the backstage to the stage area. Catering will be arranged in the backstage area before the performer arrives. A hot meal is available at Korjaamo's restaurant, which is located in the same building as the meeting rooms/backstages (also Kino and Kulmasali).

Vaunusaliin talon takaa Korjaamon parkkipaikan kautta, jonne ajo Eino Leinon katu 3:n kohdalta TAI kuorma-autoilla ennaltasovitusti kaupungin varikon kautta. Soita iltavastaavalle tai teknikolle ja pyydä avaamaan portti. Pyrimme välttämään roudausta raitiovaunumuseon tiloissa klo 17 asti.

Access to Vaunusali is from the back of the building via Korjaamo's parking lot, which can be entered from Eino Leinon katu 3, OR with trucks as pre-arranged through the city depot. Call the event host or technician to ask for the gate to be opened. We aim to avoid load-in through the tram museum premises until 5 PM.

KULMASALI JA VINTTI LOAD IN  ↱
Kulmasaliin ja Vintille roudaus Korjaamon sisäpihalta Töölönkatu A ja B talojen välistä. Ajo Töölönkadulle Eino Leinon kadun puolelta. Auton voi jättää tyhjennyksen ajaksi Töölönkadulle jonka jälkeen se tulee siirtää. Jollei kadun varressa tilaa niin kannattaa kokeilla kisahallin parkkipaikkaa.

Load-in for Kulmasali and Vintti is from Korjaamo's inner courtyard between buildings A and B on Töölönkatu. Access Töölönkatu from Eino Leino Street. You can leave the vehicle on Töölönkatu during unloading, after which it must be moved. If there is no space on the street, try the Kisahalli parking lot.

PARKKEERAUS JA TAVARATOIMITUKSET / PARKING AND DELIVERIES

• Korjaamo voi mahdollisuuksien mukaan järjestää pysäköinnin yhdelle autolle, mikäli parkkipaikalla on tilaa.
• Vaunusalin tavarantoimitukset lähtökohtaisesti parkkipaikan kautta museon aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella aamuisin klo 8-10

• Korjaamo can arrange parking for one vehicle if there is space available in the parking lot.
• Deliveries to Vaunusali are primarily through the parking lot outside of museum opening hours, in the mornings from 8 to 10 AM.

UKK / F.A.Q.

Voiko purkaa seuraavana päivänä?

V: Lähtökohtaisesti ei. Seuraavana päivänä on joko uusi tapahtuma alkamassa tai sitten Korjaamo on suljettu. Vaunusalin ympärillä on myös museotoimintaa, joten hoidetaan purku ja muut jutut museon aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella.

Voiko kamoja jättää säilytykseen klubille?

V: Tilaa on sen verran vähän, että tämä ei yleensä ole mahdollista. Sunnuntaisin ei ole ketään avaamassa ovia.

Missä on vessa & suihku?

V: Vessat ja suihku löytyvät neukkareiden (bäkkäreiden) lähettyviltä ravintolan rakennuksesta. Opastetaan lisää paikan päällä. Vaunusalin suhteen vessat löytyvät aulasta.

Missä tupakointipaikka?

V: Tupakointi tapahtuu Vaunusalin ulkopuolella stagerightissa. Kulmasalin keikoilla tupakointi tapahtuu pihalla lähellä sisäänkäyntiä.

Onko talon puolesta korvamonitorijärjestelmää esiintyjälle?

V: Ei ikävä kyllä ole, mutta voitte toki tuoda oman.

Voiko tuoda omia juotavia backstagelle?

V: Omat juomat on Korjaamolla kielletty.

Can we load out the next day?

A: Generally, no. The next day typically either has a new event starting or Korjaamo is closed. There is also museum activity around Vaunusali, so load-out and other arrangements are handled outside of museum opening hours.

Can we leave our gear for storage at the club?

A: Space is limited, so this is usually not possible. On Sundays, there is no one available to open doors.

Where are the toilets & showers?

A: Toilets and showers are located near the dressing rooms (backstages) in the restaurant building. Further guidance will be provided on-site. For Vaunusali, toilets are available in the lobby.

Where is the smoking area?

A: Smoking area is outside Vaunusali, stage right. During Kulmasali events, smoking is allowed in the courtyard near the entrance.

Is there an in-ear monitor system provided by the venue?

A: Unfortunately, no. However, you are welcome to bring your own IEM -system.

Can we bring our own drinks to the backstage area?

A: Own drinks are not allowed at Korjaamo.
