Fish selections are fresh and cut in-house by our culinary team led by Chef Jacob Rodibaugh

We feature Wild-Caught fish and locally caught whenever possible.

Prince Edward Island Mussels $12

Prince Edward is a small island off Canada in the Northern Atlantic.  They are sauteed with white wine, garlic, Bourbon butter, fresh lemon, parsley, tomatoes, scallions, and grilled flatbread.

Golden Tile Fish $32

 Blood Orange Gastrique, Potato & Spinach Hash

Caught in the Gulf of Mexico off Coral Reefs.  Has a firm, white meat with flavor and is extra lean.

Pan Seared Yellowfin Tuna $34 Sweet Asian Sauce, Wasabi Mash, Fired Wonton & Zucchini

This is a warm water fish, sometimes referred to as “Ahi” tuna.  Moderate to rich flavor, firm and “meaty”
