ESignature and Record Disclosure
From time to time, Credit Lynx may be required by law to provide you with certain notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, agreements, and/or other documents electronically through our DocuLynx electronic signing system. Please be sure to read the information below carefully and thoroughly.
All Documents Are Sent Electronically
Unless you inform Credit Lynx otherwise in accordance with the procedures described herein, Credit Lynx will electronically provide you all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, agreements, and/or other documents that are required to be provided through the DocuLynx electronic signing system; these documents will be made available to you during active enrollment in Credit Lynx’s Services. To reduce the chance of you inadvertently not receiving any documentation, we prefer to provide all of the required documents to you by the same method and to the same email address that you provided. You can receive all documentation electronically or in paper format through the paper mail delivery system.
How To Withdraw Your Consent
To inform Credit Lynx that you no longer want to receive future documentation electronically, you may send an email to email@example.com with the subject line as: Withdraw Consent, and in the body you must state: Your Full Name, Email, US Postal Address, and Cellphone Number. We do not require any other information from you to withdraw consent. The consequences of you withdrawing consent for electronic documents will be that transactions may take a longer time to process.
Charges For Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of any document provided to you or made available electronically through the DocuLynx electronic signing system while actively enrolled in Credit Lynx’s Services. You will have the ability to download and print documents through your online dashboard during your enrollment with Credit Lynx; you may access them at any time while actively enrolled, however, once your Services are cancelled, your documents may not be available or may be available for a limited period of time after your cancellation of Services. After such time, if you wish to receive paper copies of any documents, you will be charged a $0.25 per-page fee. This fee covers for all materials used as well as the necessary postage needed in order to mail your copies through the paper mail delivery system.
How To Request Paper Copies
To request paper copies of any or all documentation previously provided to you electronically by Credit Lynx, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line as: Paper Copies, and in the body you must state: Your Full Name, Email, US Postal Address, and Cellphone Number. You may be required to fill out a separate Billing Authorization Form for paper copy charges.
How To Provide Your New Email Address
To inform Credit Lynx of a change in your email address in order to electronically send documentation, you must send an email to email@example.com with the subject line as: New Email Address, and in the body you must state: Your Full Name, Previous Email, New Email, US Postal Address, and Cellphone Number. We do not require any other information from you to change your email address.

Accepting Consent To Electronic Receipt
You acknowledge and agree that you can access this Agreement electronically, which may be similar to other electronic notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, agreements, and/or other documents that will be provided to you. You acknowledge that you were able to read this Agreement and that you were able to view, print, send, and retain this for future reference.
