- Train supervisors on how to be effective leaders and how to get their team to work together.
- The company currently has the employees fill out a “climate survey,” which gauges how they feel about their work environment and how effective supervision is. Presently, the survey results show that the 40% of the employees are satisfied. We would like to increase that to 90% satisfaction.
