1. About this Portal
1.1 This website at tickets.roadtoqatar.qa (Ticketing Portal) is provided by Kzemos Gulf LLC (Fever), on behalf of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC) (together, the Providers), to allow prospective attendees (Fans) of various events organized by SC (Events, and the term Event shall be construed accordingly), to purchase tickets.

2. General Terms
2.1 The Providers may revise any part of this Policy or any other notices, guidelines and rules otherwise incorporated by reference to this Policy at any time. All registered users of the website will be notified of any changes to this Policy and such change will be binding when you next log in.
2.2 This Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and any translated version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
3. Use of your Data
3.1 SC is the Controller of your personal data and Fever will collect and process your personal data on behalf of SC. Your data will be processed in accordance with SC’s Universal Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://roadtoqatar.qa/en/privacy-policy, together with the terms of this Ticketing Portal Privacy Policy.
3.2 In addition to the content of SC’s Universal Privacy Policy, we will also share your personal data with:
3.2.1 the owner of any Event, including FIFA, UEFA and any other owner of events, for the purposes of organising the relevant Event and keeping you updated on the Event; and
3.2.2 Qatar Tourism, and the Hayya team that sits within Qatar Tourism, for the purposes of ensuring national security and event safety.
3.3 Fever may share your Personal Data with third-party service providers, acting as data processors, in order to facilitate or provide certain services on behalf of Fever. These providers are authorized to process your Personal Data only as necessary to provide these Services to the platform.
3.4 In the event of any discrepancy between SC’s Universal Privacy Policy and this Ticketing Platform Privacy Policy, the terms of this Ticketing Platform Privacy Policy shall prevail.
