Pricing For Services & Goods

**Please be aware that a majority of our services are considered to be “a la carte” (separately priced items)**

Services that include a shampoo service is the following:

~ Blow-Out

~ Lifting our Direct Dye Services

~ Loc Retwists & Starter Locs

~ Select Color Services (all no-lift color services do not include our herbal wasch)

Each and every service provided at Aether Holistic Salon ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE and cannot be haggled. All prices listed on our schedular website on Schedulicity, our main website, Facebook, Instagram and in-store are starting prices. Every service provided at Aether is a la carte unless otherwise specified. If there any add-on or upgrade services there will be additional fees.



All appointments will require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% deposit (NO EXCEPTION) of the service price to secure the appointment time, this goes toward the overall total of your service and secures your appointment. We will collect the booking fee at the time of the client consultation or contact you prior to accepting your reservation. However, if our 24 hour cancelation policy is violated the booking fee will be forfeited and we will be unable to apply it towards your appointment.

Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the salon, as it can be hard to find your first time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service, first time clients will be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed.

We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your look. Your stylist will advise how often you should return to maintain your style in your consultation.

**We kindly ask that you not bring any additional guests if they are not intending on receiving a service**

**When making an appointment of any kind this appointment is designated for the client that creates the client profile ONLY and no other individual. If you decide to  bring another person(s) to your appointment or have someone speak on your behalf, we require an additional service fee/surcharge in the amount of $35 to $50 due to accommodating both parties. This is to ensure quality of services received**

** Effective November 2019 we now require appointments to be made in order to be serviced on Sunday. If you are in need of being serviced and would like to walk-in you will have a 10% surcharge added to your appointment(this does not include processing fees or taxes) **

Wish Pickups

{ Store Pick-Up Hours } ~ Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm *Closed Sundays* No EXCEPTIONS!

We are glad to welcome all patrons of wish to pickup their designated “ready pickup order or their expedited shipping items here at our location. However we would like to extend a few directions on how to ensure your pickup runs smoothly.

  1. Park your vehicle in a proper designated parking location correctly or you will automatically forfeit picking up your package.

  1. Present your QR Code (this helps us identify your package)

  1. Do not disturb guests receiving services
  2. Once we locate your corresponding package, please do not open your package within the store. If any items are not within that package please contact wish customer service.

Actions that will result in your package not being released as being returned ⇣⇣⇣

~ Displaying belligerent, loud, uncouth and rude behaviors

~ Attempting to pickup your items outside store pickup hours. (Listed above)

~ Parking your vehicle in front of our window, door or any place other than a designated parking spot.

~ Attempting to negotiate services that you are interested in receiving

Late/Tardy Policy

Please let us know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment time. We here at Æther like to extend a 15 minute grace period to clients but, it is not always feasible if you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and will charge a cancelation fee as well as a late fee. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest's schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. It could result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which we do not ever feel comfortable doing. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session, ex: If a guest is too late to for their scheduled all over color, and there is only enough time to do a root retouch, the guest will still be charged the original all over color pricing. Punctuality ensures that you will receive the absolute highest quality service for yourself and other guests and helps you to receive the outstanding experience that Æther Holistic Salon is known for.

If your stylist is running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blow dry, or an extensive color service, you will be notified immediately prior to arriving at the salon.

We are inviting all clientele to book their next appointment before they leave the salon. By doing so, it supports you in getting serviced on a day and time that is preferable for your timeline. All appointments to be rendered are to require a credit card on file to hold the time slot. You will also receive a courtesy text message/email via our scheduling system prior to your scheduled appointment.

     We know how busy life can get which is why we go above and beyond the confirmation reminders of most service offering businesses. Of course things happen and so we ask if you must cancel your appt., please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid losing your deposit fee. We allow up to 2 more reschedulings before you forfeit your deposit for said appointment.  Here is our cancellation policy in which we will be fully enforcing immediately.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows

Your appointment at Æther Holistic Salon is very important to us, we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations - even if we are closed/it's a holiday, please notify us via email at aetherbeautybar@gmail.com or text at 910-978-3636, to ensure you are not penalized for canceling last minute. Cancellations made after the 24 hours time-frame from scheduled service will result in being charged 100% of the amount of services scheduled plus a 20% gratuity and a booking fee for future services may be required to reschedule. Late appointments in excess of 15 minutes and no shows will be considered in the same regard as a cancellations as defined above. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. We understand life happens, and request that sick clients stay home.

Please note: a 24 hour notice is required for all Hair Extensions, Smooth Out Treatments, Organic Hair Color Services, Gentle Lifting Service & Color Correction services, and Custom Wig Services.

NO SHOWS: You will be charged the full service price plus 20% gratuity for missing your appointment without any notice. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.

**Regarding Promotional Discounts, we reserve the right to discontinue the promotion and apply full pricing of the services rendered and products sold**

*Any discounts given at the time of service are null and void and upon a chargeback and full pricing without promotional discounts will be applied to the client*


We welcome walk-in guests! However, if availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.

** Effective November 2019 we are now implementing a surcharge of 5% of the total fee(this does not include taxes or processing fees) for clients walking in after 5:30pm, No EXCEPTIONS! **


All New Clients are REQUIRED to schedule a consultation. We will not perform any services until we give consultation to the client.

If you have not been a client for 6 months you are required to schedule for New Client Consultation in addition to your service. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Child & Pet Policy

Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 8 (age can change under the discretion of the owner) may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service. We also do not offer discounted pricing for children's services, our services are based upon the length, density of hair, and the amount of time required to perform said service, age and gender play no role in our pricing.

**ABSOLUTELY under any circumstances do we allow pets or animals of any kind. We understand that your pet is considered your family, however for insurance purposes we cannot abide their entry into our salon. Thank you for your understanding.** We do allow trained service dogs (please call us prior to making an appointment, so we can verify paperwork and accommodate services) however this does not include emotional support or therapeutic support animals.

Pricing & Forms of Payment

Prices listed on the Service List on our website are starting base prices. We DO NOT tolerate under any circumstance negotiations, haggling or bartering of our prices or products.

**If you attempt to negotiate our pricing, we will kindly dismiss you from receiving future services in our salon** (this does not include the act of presenting a valid promotion or coupon)

The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length of your hair, density of the hair and the condition of the hair. Your stylist will inform you of the price before she/he begins your service. Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service or in some cases prior to the time of service. We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Æther Holistic Salon Gift Cards/Certificates, and cash. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

**Update as of August 2019 our processing fee is now 3%**

Color Services
Here at Æther Holistic Salon we offer all natural chemical-free herbal & organic hair coloring services. Before we apply any of our color, we highly encourage you to schedule an appointment for a Color Consultation ($35) which will include a patch test and in depth discussion of what array of color we can achieve and the benefits of our Organic Colour Services.

**If scheduling for color services, please acknowledge and agree to all the terms & conditions as well as policies to allow us to enable services**


We are greatly appreciative of any gratuities that are given, however once gifted, they are non-refundable. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!

20% gratuity will be assessed for color & extension services for bridal parties, and group parties.


Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. When paying a deposit for service you are securing your appointment. At times the deposit may be higher due to the obtaining supplies for services. We do not allow a payment arrangements or lay-away arrangements of any sort. If you pay your deposit and miss your scheduled appointment, you automatically forfeit your deposit. If specialty items or products are purchased on your behalf before the remaining balance is paid, and your account is overdue your products will automatically become store inventory.

**Pre-paying for goods (retail items): we allow 7 business days for you to pick up your products or to schedule a store pick-up. Due to limited space we cannot allow products to be stored here for long periods. After the close of business on the 7th day, your purchased item(s) will become store inventory due to purchase abandonment.

**When purchasing hair extensions that are not in stock, we will require a full payment for product before placing an order, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! When purchasing an item that is not considered regular stock, we ask that you understand that additional fees or surcharges may apply when ordering such as: shipping and handling and processing fees**

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential, as will your hair history forms.

We do not disclose any personal information obtained about you from this website to third parties except when we need to do so. We may also use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of developments associated with our business. You will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from any mailing list or similar device. If at any time in the future we should wish to disclose information collected on this website to any third party, it would only be with your knowledge and consent. We may from time to time provide information of a general nature to third parties – for example, the number of individuals visiting our website or completing a registration form, but we will not use any information that could identify those individuals.

Service Satisfaction

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you sit in our chair to the moment you leave our salon!. As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments while in salon so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life! If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, we are happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a redo service.

There are limitations and contingencies to our re-do/retrial services to protect all parties involved

 (You are ineligible for accommodations of hair redos under the following circumstances)

We here at Æther Holistic Salon believe in guiding the client towards a healthy, holistic and aesthetically pleasing hair styling journey, however we simply cannot gift services.

~ If a 3rd party person(s) not involved in the consultation and or styling phase expresses discontent with services, you(the client) received, you forfeit any opportunity to a retrial/repair/redo

We understand when making changes to your hair, you are excited to share results with family/friends/aquaintances, however, we cannot accomodate a retrial/redo session based upon the opinions of others. If you(the client) express satisfaction and are content before leaving our premises, and we receive communications from an outside party concerning your service, you automatically forfeit any opportunity to a retrial/redo session.

We here at Æther Holistic Salon take communications between client & service provider with extreme genuinity. To ensure that this relationship is maintained we stress the importance of a thorough consultation UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES cannot tolerate the following:

~ If you(the client) or a 3rd party(person(s) not receiving services) are abusive towards personnel of Æther Holistic Salon.

~ You or any 3rd party person(s) are in any way discourteous, belligerent and/or profane.

We here at Æther Holistic Salon strive to maintain an amicable and balanced relationship and when displaying ill-mannered behavior the rapport that was established is considered damaged and we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to remain being a patron of our establishment.

~ You received free services of any kind in our salon (this will automatically categorize you as a model and we cannot accommodate a redo/retrial for services not paid for in full. (I.E. Service provided is detailed at $15 and you can only pay $5)

*please keep in mind that the reducing of prices is at the discretion of the owner and is a case by case basis*

Due to the reduced pricing, we are unable entertain requests for retrial if we perform services for less than the stated price. (This does not include current promotional prices we may advertise)

Causes for Immediate Dismissal

Due to the nature of our organic color or Gentle Lifting Service, re-trials for color services are at the cost of the client for cost of materials.

Return Policy

All products and services are non-refundable. All sales are FINAL and cannot be accepted for return.

< To circumvent returns we allow you to sample an array of our products through receiving in salon services or by testing out products that indicate tester* >

Any Chargebacks initiated without initially contacting Aether Holistic Salon for resolve, will automatically result in a forfeiture of any re-trials/redo’s/. All chargebacks will be disputed, then turned over to collections.*

Again, Federal law states you cannot return human hair products, personal care products (due to the sanitary nature of these products) that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. NO Refunds, ALL SALES are Final. We will not cancel, or refund any scheduled service or products ordered for not acknowledging our processing times for our services or custom ordered items.

As of June 1, 2018 any customer who opens a chargeback will be charged a $100 chargeback fee in addition to the original service or goods price that was ordered. All chargebacks will be disputed with our merchant processor and our bank. If you are a client, access will be blocked and you will no longer be able to purchase or schedule services with our company. You will have 30 calendar days from the initial chargeback to settle any outstanding balance with our company. If you do not settle the balance we will turn your account over to our collection agency or make preparations to settle balances in court.

Confirmation Texts & Emails

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time.  You will receive an email or text message to confirm your service prior to your appointment. Our system will send you 2 separate reminder email/texts. Once when you book the appointment, then 1 to 2 hour(s) prior to the appointment, to give you plenty of time within the 24 hour Cancellation Policy to notify us if you need to cancel/reschedule. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees. If you are always on top of your schedule and find the reminders to be too much or unneeded, you can also easily opt out of the reminders on your Schedulicity account.

Cell Phones

For the enjoyment of other Guests, and so that we can give our full concentration to our clients, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services.

Extensions Services & Products

Due to our salon being committed to quality assurance, we are now providing hair extensions for all services that require extensions. During the consultation phase and during the appointment we will give you information on how to properly care for your hair. This includes the following but not limited to:

~ Recommended products to help with manageability

~ suggested daily, weekly, or biweekly routines

~ beneficial services

~ manufacturer recommendations

When ordering extensions that are not in stock you will be charged for the following:

~ retail price of the extensions

~ any shipping costs

~ any processing or handling fees

**When ordering extensions we ask that you allow a turn around time of up to 3 weeks (21 business days). In the case of holidays and inclement weather we ask that you add an additional 3 weeks (21 business days) to the turn around time**

Effective September 2018 we require a confirmation and intake form to be filled out before placing custom orders

**Once a custom order is placed we are unable to return the product due to its tailor made qualities. We ask that you are  sure of what you are requesting before ordering. If you need assistance in placing an order for a specific item please make an appointment to discuss items available from our vendors**

Jewelry & Personal Items

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.

Photographs & Video

Here at Æther Holistic Salon take several pictures cataloguing the process of a hair service to ensure the integrity of our work as well as to post pictures to our social media platforms, websites and media print. Once you agree to these policies and terms & conditions, you are allowing our salon to document your service in the form of video &/or picture.

**Please also note that all activity inside as well as outside the edifice is recorded for staff and client safety.

Æther Holistic Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
