How to submit a tournament roster for EUF & -approved Tournaments for the EUCS
We will update the FAQ section according to your feedback and will keep improving the system so that it is easy to use for team admins, national federations and players.
This document is for team admins for teams registered in the European Ultimate Championship Season (EUCS).
If you don’t submit a roster for a tournament, your team is not eligible to earn a bid for EUCF or gain ranking points (season 2024+).
The EUF will select your team for the respective tournament, and you can insert your roster once this tournament is visible for you in the “Event” interface. The Roster needs to be registered two weeks before the Event.
You will commit during the registration process to count the tournament towards your EUCS ranking. EUF will get this information from the Tournament directors and connect your team to the tournament for roster submission.
There will be a specific button for signing up and submitting the scores of a Single Game you want to count towards the system.
In the menu on the top, you will see the option “Events/Rosters”
With the Column to the left saying “Attending” you can deselect the players not coming to the event.
Attention: For EUF events, the players fees will be invoiced according to the number of players on your roster!
If you don’t select a roster for a single game or an EUF-Approved tournament your results won’t count towards the season
Make sure every player has the correct role and shirt number. The team admin can edit them manually per event.
