About the Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
On the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the entries section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs, promoter's T&Cs and ticket T&Cs.

The concert will start at the time indicated on your ticket, it is recommended to arrive at the time the doors open.

Do not hesitate to take pictures and share them. When taking pictures, be sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a lost and found?
We recommend asking the on-site staff if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, contact sales@lasttour.org.
