An Introduction To The Truth And All Things God, Chapter 1

Dearest Heavenly Father,

You know everything; You see and hear everything, You are aware of everything, and there is no secret anywhere or in any place that You are not privy to. Speaking of awareness, men are not aware of this fact. Thus they are busy plotting and manoeuvring and manipulating on this earth, to get their own ways, and in the highest levels of governance, and shamefully, they are completely unaware of the powers of persuasion that operate in the invisible realm. They are not aware of invisible forces like the devil and the demons on this earth, or their counterparts in the heavenly realms that visit this earth to carry out missions which You send them on to carry out Your overarching will. O Father, I don't know where to begin in trying to introduce mankind to You. There is so much going on that men are unaware of. I know Your churches have tried to write articles about the purpose of physical life, and many other topics, but they seem to fall short, or just fall on deaf ears. And it might seem to be a vain thing for me to also try and write something that would introduce them to the truth and all things pertaining to You God, the Creator, the Designer, the Engineer, the Power, and the Mega Ingenious Purpose-er of the whole affair. Unless You inspire me, my writing about such a subject will be as lame as any other attempts to explain or even provide a most basic introduction to that which You are doing on planet earth, as any others who have attempted to do similar. But I will go ahead now, and try to do some sort of truthful justice to Your great Person, and purpose and plan, knowing and saying this in advance; that if this writing becomes comprehensible and useful to any with eyes to see, and ears to hear, it is because You miraculously purposed it to be so. And as is the custom of people who fear You and revere the name of Jesus Christ, I offer up this prayer in His name, amen.

As I have said so many times; where to begin, oh where to begin. I suppose I will begin with the impossible; I shall try and describe who and what God is. And if you're thinking, “if it's impossible, why are you attempting it”? Because with God all things are possible, and if He wants me to write such an article, it will happen. I am moved to ask a question as I consider how to proceed. How can Almighty God have such a simple nature, and yet be impossible to fully describe? The next obvious question is how can God's nature be so simple? The answer to that, is as simple as God's nature. Since God made man in His own image, we only need to study the “good side” of mankind's nature to comprehend what God's nature is. But I'm not referring to righteousness and conduct. At this level, I'm talking about simple human character traits. And just in case any sceptics, or Bible disputers are reading this article, it should be stated that my main source of reference will be the Bible, and for the benefit of the non sceptics, I will provide scripture references.

Let's continue to keep it simple. If we are individual persons, made that way by God in His image, then He is an individual person as well. So God is a person. And God (having made man in His own image), gave mankind minds capable of imagination and ingenuity after His own kind (the God-kind). God also gave us the sense of humour, so God enjoys humour as well, and laughter, joy and happiness. And just as God made us to experience these (and many other pleasantries), so we all know and understand that there is a converse or opposite feeling that we can experience also, and since we are made in God's image, then God experiences sorrow and sadness from time to time as well. If you would like examples of these things, the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and in fact all the prophets contain narratives of God expressing this emotion. Since God made us in His own image, we can hopefully appreciate that all of our senses, both physically and mentally are a “type”, or “copy” of His own makeup. In fact, the whole world is a physical copy of a reality which exists in the spirit realm. I will eventually return to that subject, but for now let's get back to talking about the God-kind as individual persons. Oh oh, you might be saying, he just went plural on me. That's because the Bible only specifically identifies two individual persons of the God-kind. The first clue that there is more than one God-kind person is found very early in the Bible account (during what we call the creation week). It is found in Genesis 1:26, where God said: “Let “Us” make man in our image, after "Our" "likeness".

At this point, without getting too technical, we need to appreciate some man-kind orchestrated imperfections in passing along information and knowledge of the truthful events of man's history. Since God did not provide us with a comprehensive breakdown of every detail and fact, we are left with no choice but to do our best to piece together the facts as best we can, applying reason, rational, balance, godly logic and the invisible guidance provided by God according to His will as we comprehend the information left for us to analyze; that being the scriptures. And one of the mankind orchestrated imperfections I'm referring to, is the need to translate God's intended meaning, expressed in an archaic language (that being Hebrew and Aramaic), to English. To do this, it is common to use a Bible Concordance when the situation demands one, such as in Genesis 1:26. There was a time when looking up words in a Bible Concordance was more tedious than trying to read the Bible through from cover to cover. But in the digital age, studying the Bible with various tools such as Concordances, Lexicons, and various other tools has made it much easier. Again, without getting too technical, all Hebrew words in a Bible Concordance are assigned a number which is led by the letter H for Hebrew, or a number led by the letter G for Greek (since the New Testament was written largely in Greek). At this point we are only focusing on Hebrew. It would be most helpful to you to have a Concordance handy, and were I to recommend one, I would recommend a free bible website entitled biblehub.com where you will have all the Bible study tools you will need to get a good grasp on the truth and all things pertaining to God. Back to Gen. 1:26 now.

Another thing that is important to mention at this point, is that God has various names and titles. The most common one to us is simply “God”. And you will find that it is common out there in the world of Judeo Christian culture, to capitalize references to God whether it be one of His names or titles, or personal pronouns, or whether it be a reference to His Presence (invisible or not), or His Spirit (The Holy Spirit). The reason I am mentioning these things is because in Genesis 1:26, when God says “Let “Us” make man in “Our” image, it implies that there is more than one person of the God-kind present. And the reason it is translated that way is because the Hebrew word for “God” used there is H430, “Elohim”, and is plural, meaning “rulers, judges, divine ones” and some other lesser meanings. Now, as I said, the Bible only mentions two God-kind individuals, and to the best of our understanding, they are Elohim (God The Father), and Elohim (God The Son). And to nip some confusion that any enemies to this information will bring forth to challenge this article, it is necessary to mention a couple of other things.

The first one is that God is ultimately “One”, and that is a fact that comes out in the law of Moses in Deuteronomy 6:4, and then extremely reiterated by God in the books of Isaiah and Jeremiah. So how do we explain that God is also plural? The simplest way to explain that God is One but also Two, is to understand that before time began, God, who has always existed, brought forth from within His own self existent being, another entity, also composed of God The Fathers own Self and  Spirit, (The Holy Spirit), who bore the term The Word of God, who was the representative of The God kind to all life that would be created, both spiritual life and physical life, (along with time and matter itself), and that according to the Book of John, The Word of God in due time became a flesh and blood man, sired by God The Father through the virgin Mary, and thus that entity took on another term, that being The Son of God (or God The Son), and bore the name Jesus Christ (in English), who is The Messiah, the Saviour of the world. That was a mouthful, and leaves much to be explained eventually, but that is a brief synopsis of how to think of one God who exists in only two beings we know of at this time. In a sense we could say that the first thing God did before He began to create the universe and all things in it, was to reproduce Himself in a most incredible and almost unexplainable way. And I might as well let the cat out of the bag as to what God's Supreme purpose is (even though it is such a huge subject also needing explaining), and that is that God intends to reproduce His own kind; the God-kind, and that He intends to achieve it through the humankind who are currently flesh and blood (not spirit), but are made in His image. So, to be clear, He only reproduced “Himself” once, after that in due time He is reproducing His own kind, the God-kind, (and there's a difference).

So, we have God The Father, and God The Son, and they have many names and titles, and we will cover some of them as we proceed. I am going to be emphasizing certain things over and over as well, because we have a proclivity to forget, as well as to stray off. As humans, we know that our domestic animals and pets can stray off, (and God compares us somewhat to animals in some ways as well). He sometimes refers to us as sheep, and God employs shepherds to care for His sheep. We will see that God uses many metaphors, analogies, figures of speech, allegories, imagery, riddles, stories, and many other linguistic techniques to communicate with us. He does this for reasons which we will get into as well.

When we say God The Father, we mean God……the Father of all creation, the originator of everything that exists. When we say “The Lord”, it can refer to either of them, and we'll come back to that. There is a name reserved explicitly for God The Father; it is “The Ancient Of Days”. It is found only once in the scriptures and it is in the book of Daniel 7:9, 13, and 22, but there are references in other passages that refer to someone who existed before there was time, or “days” as we know them. Some of those references are Isaiah 43:13, and Genesis 1, where God (speaking through The Word), makes mention of the creation of time. I have found that the 10 chapters of Isaiah 40 through to Isaiah 49 provide the most profound rant by God about Himself. Of course He is speaking through His servant Isaiah, but it is most assuredly God speaking. Another place in the bible where we get a glimpse of differentiation between God The Father and God The Son is found in Revelation 4, which is the “throne room” scene of the inauguration of Jesus Christ (God The Son), as the only one worthy to become the King of kings, and the Lord of lords. Both the scenes found in Daniel 7, and in Revelation 4, are covering the same historical event (except one is picturing it before it actually occurred, and the other is picturing it after the fact). But in both scenarios, we find a Supreme entity, with supreme authority over all, who is The One (God The Father), who bestows this great honour and power to another One (God The Son), who has overcome every obstacle of evil. Let's come back to the term “The Lord”. It can be a challenge to know who it is always referring to. Firstly, it is a transliteration from Hebrew to English, or if in the New Testament, it is a transliteration from Koine Greek to English. Since this is an introduction to the truth, we will focus on the Old Testament, which means we will focus on the Hebrew. And this will introduce the term or name, “The Lord”. It is perhaps the most common name (along with “God”), in the Bible. The Hebrew word for it in English is “YHWH”. It is called the “Tetragrammaton”, and has four consonants without vowels. There are no vowels because the Hebrew language is not written with vowels. You might have heard it said that there are no vowels in the Hebrew language, but this is not an accurate way to express such a thought. There obviously are audible vowels in Hebrew but they are not written. It is a written language whereby the users know the intended vowel sound by means of what they call triconsonantal roots. I'm not taking the time to explain that (look it up for yourself if you want to). Suffice it to say that men have inserted what they think are the most likely vowels in order to express in English the audible sound of the name YHWH, and it is “Yahweh” which most of us have become comfortable with, and it simply literally means, “I Am” in Hebrew. It has some other figurative meanings also.

Incidentally, Christ, while contending with the Pharisees in the book of John 5:18, referred to Himself as “I Am”. This was to take them back in time to when Moses asked God what he should refer to Him as in telling the Israelites (while they were slaves in Egypt), who it was that had sent him to them, and that he was to tell them that “I Am” sent him to them. This was of course saying that it was Himself (Jesus), that was the God of the Old Testament that was dealing with their ancestors way back then before He ever became the man Jesus Christ, and of course, since they didn't believe Christ was the prophesied Messiah, they thought this talk was blasphemous and they tried to stone Him right then and there. And Christ used the term “I Am” many other times in reference to Himself (you can Google the term to see them).

Some of you might be thinking, but what about the term “Jehovah”, (vowels inserted here as well). Isn't that the transliteration of the Tetragrammaton? This of course begs the question; is it Yahweh, or is it Jehovah? Here's a brief explanation of that. Since the Hebrew scriptures were translated into Latin long before they were translated into English, and “Y” does not really exist in Latin, the Latin speaking scholars replaced Y with I (or a J, which exists in Latin as a variant form of I). So the Tetragrammaton in Latin became Jehovah. Hopefully we can agree that it's not a matter for arguing about. To me either way of expressing it is good enough for now so long as the reverence is there and we're talking about the same person……”The Lord”, and “The I Am”. But I will be using the term Yahweh. Yahweh (besides being translated into English as The Lord), means by definition: “the eternally self-existing one”, (which is why God just says I Am). I mention this because The Lord is also often referred to as The Eternal, and again, He is one and the same. So then, the God of the Old Testament is none other than Jesus Christ, the Word of God, the speaker for The Ancient Of Days. He is also Yahweh, The Lord of Hosts, (which means He is Lord of the whole host of spiritual beings in the heavenly realm). It also means: the Eternal Self-Existing One, and the chief executive officer of the will of God The Father on this earth, which includes all men and the spirit beings who have been exiled to this earth (but are invisible to humans because their composition is spirit), and I'm referring to satan and the demons. (I never capitalize satan’s name in my writings). They are alive and active on earth infecting men with ideologies meant to destroy us in due time, and invisibly persuading leaders to this end in religion, government, business and other activities on the earth. Christ  has some other names as well. I will briefly mention some of them. Immanuel, which means God with us. And Lamb of God, which refers to the one and only acceptable sacrifice to God The Father to pay the penalty for mankind's sin and rebellion towards God. Another fitting term referring to Christ is the Spirit of Truth (since the whole controversy from the rebellion of satan is an assault on truth). Another term referring to Christ is that He is Alpha and Omega, which is a transliteration from Greek and means the beginning and the end. This is interesting, because it implies a beginning and an end. And we could ask, a beginning of what, and an end of what? It is another huge topic and I won't get into it here, but I have written an article entitled “In the Image of God He made them, male and female He made them”. If you'd like to know more, read that article.

Another thing to understand is that God uses names and terms that are meaningful and purposeful to what He is doing and accomplishing. Thus we find that humans who are born and set apart by God to fulfil some task in His overall plan, are named according to their specific role (be it good or bad). (Most humans are born somewhat randomly, while others are born providentially to fulfil a preordained purpose). He uses numbers uniquely as well, because God has deeply thought out purpose in everything He does. But to qualify that last statement, I actually mean that it appears deeply thought out to us, because our minds computations are very slow compared to God's. He puts things together in a more lightning speed manner which would boggle our minds to fully comprehend. If you were to compare our minds to computer processors, which, as we know, process knowledge at varying speeds, then God's mind would process knowledge greater than the speed of light. I have said before that God is a Mega Genius for which there is no real justifiable term or comparison for us to relate to. That is one of the reasons we worship God (or at least, we ought to).

So, God is a person and a “self”, who has existed forever, and thus we can think of God as the Eternally self-existent One. Now why do we use the masculine pronoun “he” to refer to Him? Once again, we have to appreciate the translation of languages into other languages. And most of mens languages which assign male or female gender to their written languages will go to great lengths to explain it. But let's keep this as simple as possible. God is the one who created gender as we know it. It is said that He made man, (that is mankind), in His own image, male and female He made them in His own image. So both sets of character traits came from within God. That is, He is the one who conceived of both genders made in His image before He actually brought them into being. But He did make the male side of Himself first, stating that the male version of man made in His image was the stronger of the two, and intended that the male was to lead the union once He actually unified them. So the use of the pronoun “he” in reference to God ought not to be cause for argument or confusion. Since He intended that the male should lead and protect the weaker (yet no less gifted side), can we not agree that it is reasonable to refer to God as a “he” when it is called for? I hope that will work for you. Let's get back to God being an eternally self-existing person. It has been said that it is impossible for us to comprehend that concept, (and maybe it is). But I have made some headway in that regard. Maybe it will help a little for me to illustrate it. Let's use a physical illustration. It has been said that if you throw a baseball in outer space, and there is no force that can change its motion, that it will continue to move in a straight line at a constant speed forever, because that is its state, and God's state is that He just “IS”. I know it's a crude comparison, but similarly, God just “IS” (just as He said….”I AM”), and if you can just believe Him, then lack of full comprehension has been satisfied by faith, which simply means: you believe Him, (not just believe in Him). So, God created two genders (specifically male and female), and the races may go ahead and assign gender to language, but gender was created by God when God created it, and not by men who have muddled up the simplicity of it (both physically and figuratively), in various ways.

Chapter 2

Now let's talk about God's make up, and how we are made in His image. God who just “IS,” and always has been, has constantly been “doing” and “working”. There is no end to the things God has made and done (and very little record either). But at the end of the book of John, the writer concludes the book with this comment: John 21:25 quote: “There are many more things that Jesus did. If all of them were written down, I suppose that not even the world itself would have space for the books that would be written”. I mention this to calm the tendencies of the sceptics about the age of the earth, and dinosaurs, and fossils etc. God allows us to strut around thinking we're so smart, and our strutting does not stimulate Him to tell us all that He has done throughout eternity or explain anything to our curious but sceptical minds (anymore than the owner and tender of a farm explains to the livestock what and why he intends to do what he is intending to do over the next season).

So God is constantly working and doing, and since time is of no consequence, His projects may take ions of what we think of as passing time. Such is the case with project earth, but I'm getting ahead of myself, and will come back to that. God is not physical or subject to entropy as we are, and as the earth and universe is. God is non physical or non material. God created matter and the physical, from something non material and non physical. I will provide an explanation of that eventually too. GOD is spirit and created everything from spirit and by His spirit, which, to distinguish between all things spirit, and His Spirit, His Spirit is “holy”, and thus His Spirit is The Holy Spirit. God made us flesh, and our power to do and work was initially contained only in the strength of our arms, legs, and other muscles. So He made us in His image but with a limit to what we could actually do in our workings (but still a little tiny type of what He can do). So, His body is the Holy Spirit, and His Power is limitless (thus we refer to Him as Omnipotent). Since we are physical, our presence was also initially limited, and we could only be present wherever we actually were present. Conversely, God is present everywhere all the time, which He accomplishes by His Spirit, and thus we refer to this Godly character trait as Omnipresent. God made us in His image with the capacity to learn and  think, and imagine, and compute, and process our thoughts into actions and works by use of our arms, legs and other muscles, but with such limitations to what we could imagine and design, and with such limitations to what we could actually do and put into works. Conversely, God has no limit to His powers of thought, imagination or bank of knowledge, and thus we refer to Him as Omniscient, meaning He instantly knows everything about anything or anyone. The ways God made us in His image are so multitudinous that if I were to keep going, the list would be so very long.

Can you please just imagine it for yourself, for there's not a single good characteristic that man possesses that is not a copy, or “type” that originates with God. I don't care what you come up with, including the 7 senses of man, (which are also a copy, which I have covered in other articles as well). I have also commented that the real truth is incredible, which by definition means: impossible to believe, or at least very difficult to believe. There's nothing new under the sun (which incidentally, is a saying that is also taken from the scriptures). I mention that because except for a small remnant, the majority of people in Christ's day did not believe Him, so how much more will it be in this day and age. Before this article is finished, I will have related the truth (as much as God has revealed to me), about His nature and purpose, and I feel quite certain that it will not be believed. Simply put, God's nature is that He is spirit, and is eternally alive. He can bring into being anything He imagines, and nothing is impossible for God to accomplish. He is not limited in any way; in fact He is the Creator of limitations, laws and physics, which He put in place to limit and protect us. He is the epitome of goodness, self discipline and self control. He rules over everything beginning with Himself, and every judgement He makes is perfect.

Let's talk about His purpose in creating the earth, and especially mankind on it made in His image. If I can put it this way, the physical, which is ever so real to us, is simply a copy of a similar reality in the spirit realm. You will have to bend your mind a little to comprehend some of the things to follow because they will seem incredible (or unbelievable). When I say that everything in our world is a copy (which is ever so real to us), but is a copy of something in an alternate reality, it implies that the “real” reality (or the “more real” reality), is the alternate one (of which 99.9 percent of humans have no awareness of). I will try to illustrate it like this: God wanted to make a physical copy of a reality that already existed in the more real reality in the heavens which is the spirit realm. He first conceived of it, (just as men do), then He brought into “living-actuality" by animation, (again just as men do). The difference though, is that when men bring a conception into some form of animation, the men do not really think of it as real, (even though the technology of animation is on the brink of some advanced form of animation which is getting closer to real physical life, such as “virtual reality”, robotics, cybernetic organisms, and now the possibilities in the field of “artificial intelligence”). Now if you can bend your mind a little, perhaps you can see, that although this physical world is ever so real to us (because we're in it, as much as animated characters are in a man made animated story of advanced digital technology), then perhaps you can appreciate that God does not see His creation as being the real thing either, but instead, a temporal animated story, or play, which according to His purpose and design, lasts 7,000 years and is complete with an intro and a conclusion, stages, players, and characters, of which He is the Writer, the Producer, and the Director. He is also the Editor, and has altered the play many many times as He has seen fit. These edits we call miracles, and are such things as parting the Red Sea, or causing fire to have no effect on men when they were thrown into the fiery furnace, or a death angel killing all the firstborn animals and firstborn sons of men in Egypt. There are thousands more of such interventions which are listed in the bible (or not), but hopefully you get the gist of it. All of these things are ever so real to us because it is our reality. But when men make such “cuts” and “edits” in their productions, they do not think of it the same way. But once again, the physical in this case is just a type of the spiritual. It is another example of how God types the more real reality, by bringing into living animation, the physical copy.

A good illustration of this is in Mark 4:39. I will summarize it, but I suggest you look it up if you're not familiar with it. The disciples were caught in a violent storm on the Sea of Galilee. They were worried that the boat was going to sink. It says that Christ stood up and commanded the wind and the waves to be quiet, and instantly it became calm (in the very next second), (or scene), just like mens edits. And there's another occasion where this happened, in the book of Jonah 1:15. Again I'll summarize, the wind and the waves were so violent that the ship was going to sink, unless they followed Jonah’s instructions and threw him overboard. They were reluctant to do it,  but they finally did, and instantly the violent storm became calm, and similar to the disciples on the Sea of Galilee, they were astounded and amazed. Because everyone knows that it takes time in physics for violent wind and waves to become calm, but not if you have the power to exercise an instantaneous edit of the animated scene (just as men do). Now that may be too incredible for you to believe, but it's the truth, like it or not. So God made planet earth as a unique living bubble of matter broken down to specific physical waters, gases and clays, and put in place the sun and the moon, creating time also, and all the laws of physics involving motion, gravity, magnetism and all the rest. Then He created the flora, the fauna, and then mankind made in His image, male and female, and then He animated it all bringing it into a state of literal temporal being just as we see today, and the whole affair should be breath stoppingly “incredible” for us to behold!

Let's just contrast the two realities, starting with the one we exist in; planet earth. Like the other planets and material phenomena that we can see in our reality, it is mostly visible and  physical. The alternate reality is mostly invisible and spiritual. We can sum up this mostly visible and physical reality as compositions of “matter”. In the book of Proverbs 8, a speaker (The Word of God), speaks of certain origins, and in verse 26 it says: “quote” from the New Kings James: “While as yet He (God The Father), had not made the earth or the fields, or the primal dust of the world”. Or, better stated, matter itself. Spirit (or the spiritual) already existed, but the physical did not. The spiritual did not only exist, but it was alive. Once God created matter, it too now existed. Now don't forget a simple but important thing: He made us in His image, so we need to reflect backwards to keep discovering things about God. Since we're thinkers and designers who imagine things, design their makeup, and bring them into being, we are copying what He does too; let's keep it simple (even if incredible).

Getting back to matter then, it needed specifics in composition, design and definition, such as the planets. God is the epitome of order and structure as opposed to chaos. So He created laws of physics to insure order, such as gravity and magnetism, limitations and boundaries, entropy and consequence. God created hot and cold and set limits there as well. All physical things became subject to His laws of physics to maintain order. (Nobody denies the law of gravity, but who can explain it?). Some might be logically thinking, but what did He create all these physical compositions of matter from? Scripture implies that God made everything from, and by, His Spirit. Quote Hebrews 11:3 and for amplification we'll use the Amplified Bible: “By faith [that is, with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in the power, wisdom and goodness of God] we understand that the world's [the universe and the ages] were framed and created [formed and put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose] by the Word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible”. As I said, it is implied that they were made from God's invisible Spirit. We do not know how much time and consequential entropy had occurred before God got around to His grandest of purposes. We do not know how God utilized creation before He got around to His (apparent) ultimate creative work. But it involved planet earth which as Genesis 1 says, “was without form and void” at the time. Now remember another thing about spirit and matter. Matter is initially lifeless but it is still something we could call tangible. Spirit on the other hand is alive, not tangible and is more surreal. When we die we “decompose” and become lifeless again. What we were (physically speaking), goes back to the primal dust of the world and solidified gases such as water, but the material compounds still exist. There is a record of who we were (or a database so to speak), (which incidentally, can be restored), but that record is retained by God (and is called) the human spirit. In the book of Ecclesiastis 12:7 it says this: (referring to humans when they die), from the Amplified Bible:”Then the dust [out of which God made man's body], will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it”. This record of who we are, our unique personality, complete with everything we've ever thought and done, is written on our hearts and preserved in our spirits. There is no consciousness though because that is dependent on our processor or (brain organ), and our physical memory banks, which decompose, and the elements return to dust. But God can do a “restore”, by providing us with a new body and processor, which must be of either physical or spiritual composition. If one had already succeeded in overcoming, it would be redundant for God to restore them to physical life, He may as well just restore them to full eternal life complete with a new body composed of spirit. This restoration to life again is referred to as the resurrection. I'll illustrate this by once again looking at mens restoration efforts to get a glimpse of God's restoration works. Men preserve or restore (or salvage) various things ie; cars, woodworkings, buildings, artefacts and many other things. That which is considered “unsalvageable” they discard into junk piles or yards, or they burn it because it's unsalvageable. And in the field of computers, they discard the old computer with its processor, but they save the data that they want to restore on a disc or separate memory device. Then they restore the data on to a new driver with a new processor, and it is restored. To put it crudely, God is interested in salvaging something too, but it is humans made in His image, and if you can escape the religiosity of some terms, such as; “salvation”, which can hold us captive to some religious notion of what salvation is, when the simplicity of it is that God is salvaging souls that are salvageable, and mercifully eliminating the souls that are not.

Chapter 3

Let's talk about the planet earth. It seems irrefutable that the earth is very old, certainly more than 7,000 years old (which is the duration of God's plan for mankind on the earth). And what went on previous to mankind living on it God has not made us privy to, except from crumbs of geologic discoveries here and there. (As I mused, the farmer, grower, and harvester, is not obligated to tell the livestock what His work is all about unless He chooses to). But at the point of God's refashioning of the earth for mankind's inhabitation of it, it is stated in Genesis 1 that the earth was without form and void. (Look it up if you need to). Earth was basically a lifeless planet similar to the other planets (even if its state was a water covered frozen wasteland). I'm not adamantly stating that it was, I'm saying we don't know, and God has not seen fit to say. But the experts speak of an ice age etc, and find convincing evidence of such things. Scientists say that without the sun's radiation the earth's temperature would be -273° celsius. So for God to deaden the earth He only needed to block out the sun (or diffuse it completely for a time). In any case, it was God's purpose to make the earth come alive. It might seem too incredible for you to believe, but everything He did; all the laws and things that He orchestrated to bring the lifeless planet earth back to life again, He did by the Word of God by the Power of His Spirit. He either reignited the sun (or created a new one), and placed it in its ordered position along with the moon and placed it in its ordered position orbiting the earth because He had plans for it regarding gravitational pulls and seasons etc. He created an internal heat source at the core of the earth which scientists call radiogenic heat (look it up, it's quite interesting but it's basically radioactive decay of the same minerals men use to create nuclear energy themselves). He put life in the soil, the water, and the air, which would germinate when the life-giving rays of the sun were mixed into it. He placed the earth on some kind of invisible axis running from north to south with a deliberate axial tilt of 23.4 degrees relative to its orbital plane around the sun, and set its rotational speed at about 1,000 miles per hr because He was insuring that it would take 24 hrs, or one day. And He ordained that the earth would orbit around the sun at 67,000 miles per hour to insure that it would take us about one year to orbit the sun. He made a deliberate distinction between freshwater and saltwater, providing that each should sustain life to their ordained life forms.

I could go on and on about all the things that some ingenious thinker, designer, and empowered person must have done to prepare this earth for some ingenious purpose that involves creatures made in His own image, but where would we stop? Why are we even arguing about whether some great Person with the Power and Mind to do it all even exists? Man who thinks he's so clever, does not have the wit to apply logic and conclude that there must be a great Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent Person out there somewhere, who is responsible for everything we simply cannot deny. Someone who has the absolute gall to declare that He is the One who did it all and for what purpose. If you are willing to hear your Creator's righteous rant about Himself, then read Isaiah chapter 40 through 49 in one sitting and you will hear Him declare it. But, read it in a modern translation, ie: the NLT, the NIV or the NET, or whatever you choose, and make sure you spiritualize it (or apply it to the modern age we live in). If you take the time to read it you won't be sorry, and you will read God say that He created the world to be inhabited for a purpose, and that purpose revolves around mankind made in His image. Just as God is The Supreme being, ruler and authority in the spirit realm, over all spirit life forms, so He made man in His image and gave him rulership and authority over all life forms on this earth; as it says in Genesis 1:26 NLT, “Then God said, let Us make human beings in Our image, to be like Us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground”. (The one is just a temporal copy of the other, which we will eventually prove). This is explained to us in the bible in various places, but beginning in the first three chapters of Genesis where we see that God created the flora and the fauna after their own kind. That is: in the image of their own kind. Yes they are copies of things existing in another reality that is invisible to us, and distant from us. (We are so tiny that the distance of the moon from us used to seem unfathomable, how much more further things?). What befuddles us, is what is spirit, and we will get to that. But for now we have to have a bit of faith, and accept that God has only seen fit to provide us with basic information about most things; (there are many hard to comprehend things in the bible).

Let's talk about spirit a bit, and what its earthly “type” is. Spirit is compared to water, and is very fluid and non rigid. It is alive and many things that are impossible with rigid, material beings in a rigid world governed by God's ordained laws of physics, are possible in the spirit realm. I mention that because spirit beings such as angels, are not made in God's image, but are much more similar to the animal creatures we see around us on this earth. Just as “mankind” bears the Image of the “God-kind”, so the “animal-kind” on this earth bears the image of the “angelic-kind" in the spirit realm. This can be easily proven in the bible in many places where great angelic beings appear as powerful creatures on this earth such as horses, eagles, lions, bears, leopards, wolves, vultures, snakes, serpents, dragons, leviathan, mixtures of dirty foul etc. But, spirit is very fluid, not rigid, and may materialize (provided that God allows it), even as a man at times, which is also in the scriptures. And I am not stating these things adamantly, because we just do not know for sure until the day that God provides complete revelation. For instance, in the Throne Room scene in Revelation 4, there are 24 elders seated on 24 thrones. The description provided makes them look like they bear the image of God. Is that supposed to make us think there are more than two God-kind beings in heaven already? We don't know, but this is a vision that John is present for, and we don't know if it is happening in real time or off into the future. And other than this reference in Revelation 4, there’s no other mention of them. We do know that God is an Ingenious Creator of multitudinous variety, and all the spirit beings in the spirit realm were created. On this earth, within the animal-kind there are varying degrees of power, and so, in the spirit realm there are varying levels and degrees of glory, power, and authority also. Please don't think me silly, but if men can imagine such a variety of terrestrial beings in the fictional movies which they produce of outer space adventures, then cannot God create a variety of spirit creatures that could surround His throne which serve as elders who lead the lesser beings in glorifying His awesome presence such as we see in the throne room scene of Revelation 4? Scoff if you're so inclined, but I'm telling the truth; this earth and the beings on it are a copy of things existing in the invisible spirit realm. With that said, then what is God's purpose in creating mankind on this earth? And why is the earth so uniquely different from the other planets that we can observe as it just seems to burst with life, while the other planets in our solar system appear lifeless?

Chapter 4

Let's summarize a few things before expressing God's incredible purpose in refashioning the earth for the habitation of men made in His image. So, although we see many planets out there sharing space in our galaxy, we only see one that can sustain life, that looks so beautifully blue from outer space, and beautifully blue on the surface of the earth as well, and that is planet earth. The reason that God has not done all the necessary miraculous work required to allow the other planets to sustain physical life, is a speculative subject. There are some scriptures that suggest that it is something He intends to do in the future, after He has certain other things put in place first. For instance, Romans 8:18-23 says this: “I consider that our present sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us. The creation waits in eager expectation for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not by its own will, but because of the One who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay, and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until the present time. Not only that, but we ourselves, who have the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies”. According to this passage of scripture (and many others), the whole of creation is waiting for God's children to be completely and fully born. What does that mean?

Well, to make a long story shorter, although God has created many living beings in the spirit realm of varying kinds, and with varying purposes and degrees of power and glory, He actually has as His supreme act of creation, the desire to reproduce His own kind, the God-kind, not the angelic-kind, and not to suffer out an eternal existence with mortal man-kind. As I said previously, God actually reproduced Himself once, creating two persons in One God. (I recommend you read my article entitled “In the Image of God He made them, male and female He made them”). That article explains how God reproduced Himself and why. But even way back then, before time and matter existed, He had an incredible plan already in place, which is the pinnacle of all His previous works, which in short is none other than the reproduction of His own kind, the God-kind. Now, I have to mention something right now, which is a correction to how God's chosen spiritual people view and explain this phenomenon. I am not the only one on this earth that is aware that God has a plan in place to populate the universe with beings of His own kind. But I have heard those that publicly teach this doctrine speak of it erroneously in that they say that God is reproducing “Himself”. This is fundamentally wrong. God is not reproducing Himself, He is reproducing His own kind, and there is a massive difference. God is a person (as we are), and has the most distinct individual personality of any person there ever was. He is not cloning Himself, but He does desire to reproduce His own kind. If you look at this open mindedly, you can see that in the animal kingdom He created massive variety between the species, but not much variety within specific species. They pretty much all appear very similar after their own kind. But with humans, even though there's in excess of 7 billion humans, somehow they almost all have uniquely different faces, distinguishing them as individual persons. Only God knows the scientific process by which this is achieved. How about audibly? Again, the animals have variety in the sounds they make from species to species, but within their specific species, they all sound very similar. But not so with humans. God designed genetic individuality into the audible sound of human voices, and so it goes with eyes, finger prints, and hair. Besides bringing glory to God, this also portrays His deeper intent, that humans should stand supremely higher in glory and makeup over the animal kind on this earth; this being a physical type of the greater anti-type that exists in the heavens and spirit realm. God intends that we understand what we are typing, so that we can come to understand what His intended purpose and destiny is for us. We talked about God being a distinct person (and “self”). Just as we have a specific nature, so God has a specific nature. Human nature is largely a mixture of good and evil.

I would guess most of you have heard of the story of Adam and Eve in the garden, and their eating of the forbidden fruit, which was from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, which their eating of, set them on the path of experiencing good and evil first hand because it was now to develop into their nature (or natural way of thinking and acting). And we know that some are more evil, or more good than some others. And some are consumed with evil intent and actions (but both extremes exist). And we all know what kind of suffering is the consequence of unbridled evil intent once it becomes an action. This mixture is what has become known as the ways of man, or simply put: human nature. Now let's talk about God's nature, or conversely: Godly nature.

There was another tree in the midst of the garden, which was called the tree of life. Remember that God, (for His own purposes), has chosen to speak to us in various ways. Although He does speak to us in literal ways and terminologies, He also speaks to us in figurative and metaphorical ways and terminologies. It is His prerogative to do so whenever He purposes (and God is always purposeful). Now remember, the owner of the farm who is the planter, the grower, and the harvester, is not obligated to explain what His work is to the livestock, the crops, or the fruit trees. (And I imagine that there are some huffy human beings who might read this, who will get their noses out of joint, because they have some preconceived notions and expectations of how God should treat them and respect their human right to dignity between intelligent minds. In this case, I submit to you, that you do not know the greatness of God, and this has led many to judge God), similar to how we judge one another. I will digress to quote a passage of scripture, where God speaks to such people about their puffed up blindness. In this metaphor, God speaks to us as if we were clay pots that He (The Potter) is fashioning, rather than as sheep or wheat (as in some other metaphors). It is found in Isaiah 45:9-12, NLT Quote: “Woe to him who argues with his Maker; one clay pot among many. Does the clay ask the Potter, “what are You making”? Does your work say, “He has no hands”? Woe to him who says to His father, “what have you begotten”? Or to His mother, “what have you brought forth“? Thus says The Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and its Maker: ”How dare you question Me about My son's, or instruct Me in the work of My hands? It is I who made the earth and created man upon it. It is My hands that stretched out the heavens, and I ordained all their host”. End of quote, but God goes on to predict the future and the emperor that He will raise up (Cyrus), to replace the Babylonian empire and its emperor (Nebuchadnezzar), and that Cyrus will be His servant and will be used to restore the Jewish remnant to their homeland and will empower them to rebuild His temple, and all this was predicted 100 years before Cyrus was even born, just as He said. But the point for us is to try and appreciate God's greatness, and where we stand next to Him, and how dare we, the clay pots argue with, or question our maker. Logic dictates (via the metaphor), that it is a ridiculous prospect.

Let's please return to the tree of life in the midst of the garden. Although there very possibly was the literal two trees in the midst of the garden, which God clearly instructed them not to eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, we are to understand that, first of all, it was a test of obedience and trust. And second, trust in God would result in obedience, which would result in life and every good thing. We are to understand that the literal ingesting of the fruit on the tree of life, was for us, a “type”, of an ingesting into our hearts and minds “knowledge”, of a “way” of living that would lead to life, and I will add, eternal life. Just as the other tree was called the tree of the “knowledge” of good and evil, (which God said would eventually lead to death), so the other tree could be called the tree of the knowledge that leads to life. Ultimately, both trees were actually all about knowledge. And just as we ingest good nutritious food into our physical bodies to continuously sustain life, so we must ingest into our minds (or spiritual bodies), good knowledge, which would continuously sustain life even unto eternity. If you become an avid dedicated student of the bible, you will see the direct connection between physical food and water, and spiritual food and water, because God intends the first to be a type of the second. The God of the Old Testament (The Word of God), who is none other than Jesus Christ, the Son of God, said in both Testaments (many times and in various ways), that man was not meant to live on bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Another one of Christ's names Is the Bread of Life. If you choose to read any of the other articles on this website, you will see this concept brought out. So, the first human character traits developed from ingesting knowledge of good concepts, which were defiled by mixing them with evil concepts, and this became what is known as human nature. And this took time, but they both lived for hundreds of years and sired many offspring (just as God commanded; that they multiply and fill the earth). It should be stated that God already knew that they would make the wrong choice when He let them be subjected to the temptation of satan the devil, which God allowed after He first initially instructed them. This is a huge story which I have written about in other articles, so I'm not going into it here. The bible says that Christ was destined to be slain as the Lamb of God, as the one and only sacrifice that Almighty God the Father deemed worthy to provide propitiation for sin, even from the foundation of the world. So it was a foregone conclusion, but God always gives us the freedom to choose, and this will become clearer as we go on. Some have spoken about Adam and Eve in harsh judgmental ways, but the truth is, that in all likelihood, we would have all made the same mistakes. Adam and Eve were created as perfect physical specimens. I doubt that there has ever been a couple like them since. We still haven't got to talking about God's purpose in creating a physical mankind yet, but we will. First, let's now talk about God's nature.

Chapter 5

There is a saying that goes like this: “the whole controversy is about………”, and then the subject must be filled in to complete the saying. But there are many controversies in the world of men. The controversy I want to address as I get into chapter 5 did not begin in the world of men. In fact, the world exists because of this controversy. And the controversy I'm speaking of is the controversy between good and evil. Remember that I said you will have to bend your mind somewhat to comprehend some things that are in the category of truth. Well, here is one of paramount importance. Good and evil have existed as long as God has existed, which means if God has existed for all eternity, so have good and evil. Some are under the impression that evil has existed only as long as satan has, because he is the father of lies, murder, and deception in general. The bible does say that He is the original liar, and that he is the father of it. The truth is that He fathered the actuality of it, but not the concept of it. You must understand that God is Omniscient, meaning all knowing. He was not surprised when satan corrupted himself with things such as deceit, vain pride, arrogance, selfishness, resentment, prejudice, hatred, lust, perversion and whatever else you can think of. These and more are all the things of unbridled carnal nature. God did not create or program satan to become the epitome of evil. In fact God created satan perfect in all his ways, but gave him the freedom of choice. So one might wonder, was God taking a chance (similar to what humans do?), with the risk that things could go sideways, as a consequence of unknown possibilities? That is not possible. God foresaw all the possibilities and knew the outcome in advance, because His insight into one's heart allows Him to predict what will happen even if He wished it would be something different. Now, one might ask, but if He can see the likelihood of a free moral agent's choices in advance, then why would He not create that individual to only make the right choices; the choices that would please Him? But if God did that, then He would be programming the living beings (similar to the way men program in the field of computers and robotics). It is also exactly what God did with the animal-kind. They operate according to what we call instinct, but for all intents and purposes, it is the program God gave them, and it is passed on genetically. This kind of thinking can go so deep, and leads me to introduce another terminology that I expect you all know and could easily define yourself. It is the term “potential”. To most of you it likely means the potential for this or that outcome. But I wonder if you literalize the term “potential”, what it will reveal. It is interesting that the word potent is within the word ‘potential”, so its derivation should be explained, since God is also Omnipotent. Simply put, human beings have the potential to conceive of good things or evil, and then they have to make a choice of whether they will use their “power” to act to do good or to do evil. The word potential is usually used in a figurative sense meaning “having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future”. But if we define it in a physical sense it could be defined like this: “the quantity determining the energy (or power), of mass in a gravitational field, or of a charge in an electric field”.

Humans were created with something the animal-kind were not, and that is potential (or power) to employ a thought-out act. God created satan knowing that He would corrupt Himself even though God endowed him with every good thing any created being could ever look back on, be amazed by, and thankful for. God is perfect in every possible way. When He creates things, they are created perfect in their original state. Adam and Eve were created as perfect male and female specimens, as was satan (although he was spirit not physical, and that was not his original name). We've already discovered what human nature is; (a mixture of good and evil), and without debating it, most people understand that satan’s nature is plain evil, but he was not created that way; he became that way, and it is its own story. Suffice it to say that God needed to be able to apply the way of evil to His children of potential, in order for them to develop holy righteous character (or not). This is a big part of satan’s purpose. Since satan is also a spirit, and a very powerful spirit, he transmits his way of thinking invisibly to an unsuspecting audience, and is capable of transmitting it worldwide.

So how do we define God's nature and character? God is the epitome of good, the origin of good, and the source of all goodness. God's character can be called “holy righteous character”. God is not evil, but it originates with God, because within God are the potential to do good or to do evil. God and only God can manage evil. In a sense God incarcerated evil within His own un-impregnable Self or Person. Evil could never be let out unmanaged so to speak, for the consequences are chaos and destruction. But He did let it out as we all know, so why? I'll soon answer that, but first let's ask, what is "holy righteous character”? It is the total self discipline and self control to reject the evil that can enter the mind, and in its place embrace the good, and then act on it to bring it to pass. Holy righteous character is also the knowledge and power of how to utilize evil, and how to measure it out if necessary, as a means of punishment or correction. So, although God reserves the right as to how, when, and in what measure He will use evil if necessary, God is goodness through and through, and desires and wills to do good. To say it clearly, God does not ever do evil, but He does utilize it when He deems it necessary. For example, God may use an evil kingdom to punish another kingdom if He deems it should be done because that kingdom has brought judgement upon themselves due to their own persistent evil conduct.

Now let's identify God's personality traits, which come together to illustrate His overall perfect righteous character. God is the kindest, most merciful, most forgiving, most generous, most patient, most longsuffering, most empathetic, most positive minded, most peaceful, most genuinely truthful and honest, most understanding, most tolerant, most unprejudiced, most unselfish, most self sacrificing, most heroic, and not willing that any should perish, but if possible, willing that everyone born of the flesh should make it to immortality, and if there is any other virtuous character trait that human mentality could speak about; they would be descriptors of God's personality, nature and character. Now, please, reader, God does not require you to give Him a break. And God does not need a measly little voice like mine to defend Him. But please reader, give yourself a shake. Do yourself a favour, and try to use reason, and rational, and logic, and fairness. Let's lower the whole consideration to the human level. If you found a man or woman meeting a criteria like this, in all fairness, most of us would have to confess that the individual bearing such a resume of personality character traits, would be the most likeable, decent minded guy or girl that any of us ever came across. Most of us would go on and on in our discussions about such a person. And I submit to you, that God is all of this and way way more; so high in all these categories and more, that you cannot measure them. So, answer me this from a logical standpoint: why is He instead resented and hated by the masses of humans He has created? This defies logic if He is such a wonderful person, and the answer is tied up with; “human nature”.

God desires to reproduce His own kind, which we humans could think of as super beings, or supreme beings, who share the same character traits, and think similarly regarding laws and ways as God does. He devised a plan to accomplish that goal. Although I haven't gone deep into time frames or God's mysterious practice of placing special purpose and significance on certain numbers, His plan for accomplishing His great purpose involves both. So, God made us in His image, but He did not complete us at His initial creation of us in the garden. That part which He did not complete is the part that involves our character and nature. Remember, God has perfect holy righteous character, and will not do evil or succumb to evil desires or temptations. That is the way of the God-kind. All those that would graduate from the human-kind to the God-kind would similarly have to have developed holy righteous character also. And this has to be acquired by free moral agency, or simply put, by choice. It's not that difficult to comprehend when you think of it. We all must learn to love goodness and hate evil if we are to aspire to immortality. God is a Creator of variety, He is not about to program billions of automatons so that they are not capable of evil conceptions and then evil actions. And He is not going to populate the universe with selfish war loving immortal beings similar to His own kind either. All these things are ridiculous notions, and a rational, reasonable mind should be able to see it. Even humans should be logical enough to understand that you don't empower a bunch of potential enemies, and then give them immortality so they can go to war against you because they disagree with your way of governance, and want to do it their own way. He is in the process of creating beings that will see this and “get it” so to speak. So God made a minuscule “type”, made in His own image, but He made us physical, and destructible, subject to decay and entropy. And since He is God and nothing is impossible with Him, He intended that we could be restored some day to a state of immortality, or if our choice was to remain at odds with His way, (after coming to understand what it's all about), He could mercifully terminate us forever also. God is not going to contend with humans forever. So He gave us a certain amount of years to live life as we saw fit, but He allowed time and chance to operate alongside His other physical laws of nature (which is why some people die from this circumstance or that one). God has covered every aspect of the human experience and can satisfy every query. So the simplicity of understanding what life is all about is this: every individual will eventually have to choose between eternal life or eternal death. God used Moses to place this choice before the Israelites before they entered the promised land. In the book of Deuteronomy 30:19-20 God says (through Moses), quote NLT: “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! You can make this choice by loving your God, obeying Him, and committing yourself firmly to Him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob”.  Hopefully, you understand that the original promised land was a physical type of the promised land that the born again sons of God will enter into when it is all said and done.

Now, these candidates for immortality as members of the God-kind are considered by God to be the “children of God”. This brings into play the concept of birth. We all understand the concept of human birth. The infants are born usually when they reach full term, and come out as unique individual infant persons ready to develop into adult humans of this or that kind, with whatever genetic leanings their parents' gene pool provides. But as the apostle Paul was inspired to say; flesh and blood cannot inherit immortality in the kingdom of God. There are definitely two births, the physical one being a type of the second birth which is spiritual, but still very literal. And just as the human fetus must develop in the womb to the point of birth, so the unborn (yet begotten) spiritual fetus (so to speak), must develop in this world (in a type of womb which the bible refers to as the church), which is not only typed as a spiritual womb, but is also typed as a woman, and she is called the Bride of Christ. These begotten yet unborn children of God will be subject to the many things that could cause spiritual miscarriage or abortion, or even spiritual suicide. I'm not deliberately trying to confuse you, but hopefully you will see that everything that God created in the physical realm is a type of something already existing in the spirit realm. The scriptures that say that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, are found in 1 Corinthians 15:50, and John 3:3-8. Flesh is flesh and spirit is spirit, and to inherit immortality in the kingdom of God, one must be “born again” of the  spirit. I am not referring to the erroneous Protestant doctrine that professes that one must be born again (figuratively) while in this life, by accepting Jesus as our Saviour. In John 3, Christ was referring to a literal rebirth, but not to a state of water and a small amount of matter, but to spirit, which physical water in this world is just a type of in the invisible spirit reality. These things are incredible to comprehend (and I will reiterate, that the word incredible means “impossible to believe”). Nicodemus even said to Christ in John 3:9: “How can this be?”. And then Christ went on in the remainder of John 3:10-21, to explain in brief the truth of the destiny of man (if he or she chooses the right path in the end). God said it is appointed for everyone to die once, but after that comes the judgement. In brief that is referring to a second death, which the bible calls a permanent death, or eternal death. There is not total clarity provided as to what takes place in the Great White Throne Judgment. The most common teaching is that those who are resurrected after the millennium concludes will possibly receive an opportunity to fully know God and His ways, and be granted a chance to embrace God's way as a way of life. And since God is not willing that any should perish, but that all who have ever been born should live forever, He will grant forgiveness to those who truly seek it by making the choice that agrees that God's way of life is the only way of life. They have come to see it, and since God can read our hearts' innermost intentions, He will know that our hearts are truly in harmony with His. Two cannot walk together in eternal peace unless they are agreed. The rebels will resist this, thinking they are entitled to life regardless.

But eternal life is the gift of God, not something that people have any right to. That idea is a complete fallacy. If you think we can all just live together in peace by agreeing to disagree, you are deceived by the ideology of the devil. The bible definitely speaks of a category of people who will by their actions reject eternal life, choosing eternal death (the concept of entering into eternal life as an independent spirit entity to live life as you see fit is not an option). I reiterate to you that this is the same mindset as the original rebels known as satan and the demons. This is the second death and is permanent, and if you can see it, it is the merciful thing to do. Even in its finality, it is an act of love by God, who owns each of us. Yes the “incredible human potential is to be born again as Spirit beings of the God-kind into the kingdom of God. This term is synonymous with the reality that God will put in place when all is said and done. And perhaps you've heard the expression that says Christ is the first of the firstborn. Six times in scripture Christ is declared to be the firstborn of God. These scriptures are: Romans 8:29: “For those God foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn of many brethren.” Colossians 1:15, “The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation”. And Col.1:18, “And He is head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and firstborn from among the dead, so that in all things He may have preeminence”. And Hebrews 1:6, “And again, when God brings His first born into the world, He says: “Let all the angels worship Him”. And Hebrews 12:23 NLT, “You have come to the assembly of God's firstborn children, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God Himself, who is The Judge over all things. You have come to the spirits of the righteous ones in heaven who have now been made perfect“. And Revelation 1:5, “and from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness to these things, the first to rise from the dead, and the ruler of all the kings of the world”. This is referring to the resurrection of the first wave of humans to be born again. This group are referred to as The “firstborn” sons (or children) of God, of which Christ is the first of the firstborn. He went through this after spending 3 days and 3 nights in the grave. This was the fulfilment that the Passover Lamb always pictured, foreshadowed, and was a "type” of. When a full 72 hours had passed, Christ was resurrected to eternal life, and sat down at the right hand of God The Father where He had always previously been before He became flesh and came into the world. No one else has been resurrected to eternal life yet. The first ones to follow Christ will all be resurrected together at the first resurrection. They will receive eternal life at that time, and will rule with Christ for 1,000 years on this earth during the time period of the 7th millennium, which is a time period God has set apart, in which mankind will experience the wonderful physical reality of a world which operates according to God's way, and experiences a paradise like physical reality to prove that it is God's way that brings this about, and will also serve as the stark contrast to the previous 6 millenia which were experienced by mankind governing the planet by the way of good and evil, (with heavy evil influence, inspiration and persuasion by satan and the demons), whose goal is to push us to total global destruction, and extinction of all physical life on the planet, and cause God to return the earth to a lifeless state. They might think they can push God to extinguish all life again similar to when He did it when He brought about the flood in the days of Noah. We certainly are at least as evil as that generation, and maybe even worse, but God did a restart way back then, (as well as numerous other geophysical things that He has not made us privy to, so as to prepare the earth for mankind's next phase in His overall plan). It shouldn't take too much imagination to see that the world as we see it seems to have at one time been one landmass. Now we see a world separated by 7 oceans, numerous seas, on 7 continents and many islands. It's total speculation on my part, but I wonder if He wasn't also preparing the earth for the eventual separation of the races, and the segregation for certain animal species as well. I know we talked about God's incredible nature and personality traits, concluding He is simply “The Best'', but He is also the Master Artist, Orchestrator, Scientist, Mathematician, Designer and Engineer, Director, Producer, Resourcer and Empowerer, that there ever was or ever will be.

There is so much more to say about all things pertaining to God. This was intended to be an Introduction to the incredible real truth, and an Introduction to anything, or all things pertaining to God (such as His nature, His character, His personality and His purpose on this earth). We have only scratched the surface of knowledge still available to be understood. And that knowledge that still remains regarding the invisible spirit realm is ginormous. If I could use an analogy to illustrate this concept, I would portray the truth as an ocean of knowledge in which we humans are standing on the shores of, waiting to someday be immersed into. In this analogy, most are standing on the shore where there is very little depth of knowledge, and only a vague view of the waters is possible. But some are standing in it, but so shallow that all they have is some water on the underside of their feet. Others are one inch deep in it, and some others are ankle deep in this ocean of truthful knowledge. And there are a very small number of people who are knee deep, and even less who are waist deep, and even less who have been taken (by God) into deeper waters. And those who God has taken deeper have been taken deeper because He has either sent them into the world even before their birth, or He has selected them while in the womb, or He has drafted them (which is biblically termed “called them”). And no matter which way it happened for different individuals  who have been called by God, they were all called to serve, or to complete an assignment down through history. It always happened according to His will to accomplish His purpose, and they are all simply servants, which cannot be emphasized enough. I say that because we humans have a powerful tendency to elevate our fellow humans to high positions in our minds. This is not a good practice, because it takes our minds off the central focus of God, who alone is worthy of praise, honour and glory. God clearly says that it is He who will honour His servants some day, and it is not for us to do it. It is enough to quietly respect them, and realize that they were working in the service and will of God The Father.

This article has been written with a truly simple motive and intent; to introduce anyone who doesn't already know, the purpose for why mankind exists, and who and what God is, or simply put; the truth, and all things pertaining to God, (or at least an Introduction to both). As already stated, it only scratches the surface. But people must start somewhere. And there are already many writings out there that attempt to achieve something similar, but most of them are erroneous or straight out wrong. If you are new to the subject of God, there are many other articles on this website, and you can go much deeper if you choose to. And if you have questions, I would be happy to attempt to answer them if possible, and if not, I will simply tell you that I do not know. The Bible is considered by most people to be a big read, with too many mysterious narratives and stories and unsolvable riddles. I do not see it that way and I love God and the Word of God, and the truth, and I love to share what amount of it that God has seen fit to share with me. I know there is a lot that still remains unrevealed, but I'm confident that God will release it in His own good timing. And there is a God ordained path that helps lead one to God once one falls in love with God, and then chooses to pursue their love of God. When Jesus walked this earth He said that no one can come to Him unless the Father draws him (or she). Ok, so God has to call us to be able to come to Him. But God also sees those that truly love Him and His ways, and He also said in Matthew 7:7-8: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find, knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened”. Yes the Bible is a big book with many quandaries which stimulate many questions, but God's time for answers to them has arrived. There are servants out there with answers. I am one of them and would be happy to help anyone who asks for an answer to a question. There is an email address for you to contact me should you wish to. Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
