It is still very important in these times to stay active  along with preventative measures for the Covid-19.  Complete the assignments on google classroom. Coach Browne’s  Team Sports/ PE lessons Week of April 6th-10

Monday April 6th:  Activity should be at least 30 minutes in duration for the day. You can have more than one activity for a day.

  1. Each week you should be active for 5 days.
  2. Reflection should include:
  1. Describe what you did.
  2. Describe your motivation level before exercise/physical activity.
  3. Describe your exercise/physical activity intensity level.
  4. Describe how you felt during physical activity.
  5. Describe your mood before and after exercise/physical activity.
  6. Describe your stress level before and after exercise/physical activity.

             Assignment    

  1. Pretend you are 45 years old.
  2. Provide 10 "pieces advice" you would give yourself now on the the importance of being physically active. (10 points)
  3. Advice on how to take advantage of 5 community resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle. (10 points)
  4. Visual Appealing: consistent use of fonts, size & colors (5 points)
  5. Credible with evidence of multiple research-based sources (5 points)
  6. Be sure your writing style matches assignment option.
