Summary

Service Beakers started this year with $74,938 in assets, comprised of mostly physical assets (laptops and other devices) with $9,313 in monetary assets.

        This year, Service Beakers has continued and is continuing its laptop crowdfunding, although to a lesser extent than in past years, as organization and distribution of our existing devices was a primary objective for 2023. Moreover, Service Beakers paid for continued maintenance of its website, email campaigning software, and additional supplies for lessons and activities. The main expense seen, however, is our September donation of roughly $12,500 in laptops to the St. Michael the Archangel Honduras ministry.

        The financial outlook for the rest of the year is similar. Continued supplies for the laptop initiative will likely be necessary. The organization is also exploring additional software options for donor and chapter management. Any changes to our plans will be indicated on this document, and any jumps in income or expenditure can be seen above.
