Why does the site say “Hrm. The Wayback Machine has not archived that URL.”?
If you see this message, the video you are trying to download has not been archived on the Wayback Machine, meaning it is unavailable for download.
Why do I get the message “Invalid YouTube video URL!”?
Please make sure the URL you’re inputting begins with either “https://youtu.be” or “https://youtube.com” and then try deleting the question mark and everything after it in your link.
Why is the site stuck on “about:blank”?
This means your video is loading, give it a few minutes.
How do I download the video?
If the video doesn’t automatically download, right click on it and choose “Save” or click the three dots in the bottom right of the video and select “Download”.
Can this download archived videos from other sites?
This site runs based on a simple redirect that Archive.org provides for Youtube videos. This does not work on other platforms. If someone knows a similar solution for other sites, please let me know!
