What can I expect from the event?
Experience the story of creation like never before! Genesis tells the story of the creation of our planet in a spectacular light and sound show. With the help of technological marvels, you will witness the creation of light, sky, water, nature, animals, and humankind in an astonishing 30-minute show.
Where does the experience take place?
The event takes place at the Handelsbeurs Antwerpen, Twaalfmaandenstraat, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in a location without air conditioning.
How long does the experience last?
30 min.
Is the experience accessible to deaf people?
Yes, the experience is visual, so deaf people can also enjoy it.
Is the experience accessible to people with limited mobility?
Yes, the experience is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
What accessibility options are available for visitors with visual impairments?
We do not have accessibility options for visitors with visual impairments.
Will strobe lights be used?
There are no strobe lights. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Is food and drink available for purchase?
Unfortunately, food and drink are not available for purchase at this event.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You are welcome to take and share photos. Please be mindful not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are chairs available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating is available for every guest. However, beanbags are subject to an additional charge.

Access
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at the location 15-20 minutes before the start of the experience.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Service dogs are welcome.
Is there an age requirement?
There are no age requirements; everyone is welcome! Strollers are allowed. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge, but we cannot guarantee that a beanbag or chair will be available for them. If this is not the case, they must sit on their parents' lap.
Does the venue comply with ADA guidelines?
Yes, the venue complies with ADA guidelines.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available at this location; we do not recommend coming by car.
What happens if the concert is canceled due to bad weather?
The event takes place indoors, so weather conditions do not affect the experience.
What items are prohibited at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb other visitors.
Are wheelchairs available for rent?
No, wheelchairs are not available for rent.
Tickets
Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on site, subject to availability.
Where can I buy tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. Also available on the Fever website.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, depending on availability at the time of exchange. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can find your ticket in the ‘Tickets’ section of the Fever App (available in the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same method you used when purchasing. Your QR code is also included in the confirmation email for your purchase.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for free and easily. Click on ‘Transfer tickets’ in the Fever App. Contact us here if you need additional help and include your order number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the ‘Tickets’ section of the Fever App (available in the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to purchase the tickets.
The QR code you need to enter can also be found in your confirmation email.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us and let us know your desired participation date and group size.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever App, under the ‘Tickets’ section. If you haven't installed the app yet, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play and log in with the same account you used for the purchase. Still can't find your ticket? Please contact us here.
