Where is the exact location of ICCV

How do I register in advance (everyone must register online prior to arriving to the convention center):

What does the registration fee include:

        Full Passport and AUTHOR Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all tutorials, all workshops, any catered functions and online access to the proceedings as well as the virtual platform.

        Virtual Registrations include: Admission to all online technical sessions, recorded tutorials, recorded workshops, and online access to the proceedings

        One day Tutorial/ Workshop Passes: All tutorial/workshops for ONE day, and any catered functions on that day.

One day Exhibit Hall Pass: Access to the exhibit hall for one day only. This includes the poster sessions on that day and is only available on the 21st - 23rd.

How will I get a certificate of attending ICCV 2025 ?

Are there volunteer opportunities available?

No, we do not offer any volunteer opportunities at ICCV.

Do you offer any financial assistance to attend ICCV?

Yes, our Broadening Participation Committee is able to offer a small number of travel grants to attend ICCV.  This is through an application process and all details can be found HERE.

Do I have to be a member of IEEE to attend?

Anyone can attend! There are membership discounts at the IEEE and at The Computer Vision Foundation.

Are there group discounts?

No, there are no discounts given for multiple registrations from the same institution.

Payment Options:

The only acceptable payment is via credit card through the registration site. We will not accept wire payment, check or PO. A receipt will be issued upon completion. Please use the address needed for your receipt during registration. You can change this yourself if you need to.  There will be a fee for any changes to payments. If you need a refund due to using the wrong card, a $25 fee will be associated with the change.

Will I receive my badge prior to ICCV?

You will be able to pick up your badge at the registration desk during normal registration hours. The registration desk, located in the lobby of the convention center

Please make every effort to come during an off-peak time to avoid lines and to avoid delay to your session. Have your QR code or confirmation number ready for quicker badge retrieval. Please check your spam if you didn't receive it.  (We are unable to resend this. If you don't receive it, bring your confirmation number.)  You cannot pick up materials for a friend without the QR code or confirmation number.

Reminder – there will be NO BADGE reprints. Anyone caught sharing CVPR badges in-person or online will be expelled from ICCV.

Breakfast and lunch are available in Kamehameha II . Lunch is 2 hours long and your badge has your lunch selection on the back. Please pick up the appropriate option that you’ve reserved.  Meal functions and all events are for registered attendees only.  Guests are not permitted at any function.

The conference reception has been updated - light refreshments will be from 18:30 - 20:00 in the Coral Ballroom at the Hilton. Guests are not permitted.

Additional onsite details:

From Ala Moana Blvd, turn right on to Kahanamoku Street then the first left which is the back entrance to the hotel. Coral Ballroom is in the Mid Pacific Conference Center, 6th floor of the parking garage.

What do I do if I’ve lost my badge?

We do not re-print badges. You must keep your badge in a safe spot or you will need to re-purchase one if lost.

May I substitute someone in my place?

Yes, you may make a modification to your registration anytime prior to arriving at the conference.  Modifications can be made HERE 

May I bring a guest to the conference?

Only registered guests are allowed to attend conference events. This includes children. No one is allowed into any conference activity without a badge.

Deadline for registration:

You may register online just prior to arriving to pick up your badge.

Is there a daily schedule available?

Yes, information on the daily activities are posted online and can be found HERE

How do I get an invitation/visa letter:

You must first be a registered attendee.  After completing the online registration process found here.

The ICCV website then requires you to "activate" your profile to prove you own your email address by clicking a link we email you.   Once you complete these steps your letter will automatically generate within 15 minutes and can be found here

What is the cancellation policy:

All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole Finn. All cancellations will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee before September 8,  2025, 11:59pm ET.

NO REFUNDS will be made after September 8, 2025. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself. To access your registration click the registration link and select MODIFY.

What hotels can I book for ICCV:

We offer a variety of hotel options with discounted rates available to our attendees.  You can find a list of participating hotels here

What are the hotel cancellation policies?

Hotel cancellation policies can be located within the hotels registration portal

Is there a room sharing program available?

We offer a voluntary Room Share Program to help attendees connect with others interested in sharing hotel accommodations. Participants can add their name and contact information to a shared Google Doc, where they can view and reach out to other attendees looking for roommates. Please note that the Room Share Program is self-managed — it’s up to participants to connect, communicate, and arrange the details. The conference organizers do not facilitate or vet these arrangements.

Is there a shuttle service available from the hotels to the convention center?

All of the hotels within our block are within walking distance to the convention center. Parking is available onsite on your own.

What transportation options are available:

The Island of Oahu offers car rental, shuttle, taxi or Oʻahu’s public transportation system.  Details can be found HERE

I am considering bringing my family with me to the conference, may I do so?

Children are NOT permitted in session rooms, at meal functions, or on the exhibit floor. No exceptions are made to this rule.  Kiddie Corp is available only to those who have pre-contracted the service.

What is the weather like?

Daytime highs: Expect average temperatures in the mid-80s Fahrenheit (around 29°C), rarely dropping below 82°F (28°C) or exceeding 88°F (31°C). Some sources indicate averages closer to 82°F (28°C).

Nighttime lows: Evenings are also mild, dropping into the 70s Fahrenheit (around 24°C).

The virtual site is up and available to all applicable registrations.  

All full registrations also include access to the virtual site! The keynotes/panels will be on a slight delay.  Workshops and Tutorials are individually organized. Many will have a virtual option and will record the session.  All main conference papers have a video and pdf and the oral sessions will be streamed.
