At WhatSays ("we," "us," "our"), we respect the privacy of our users ("you," "your") and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when using our WhatSays app ("App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

• To enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of WhatSays, our users, or others.

4. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information and Document Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through the App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Information and Document Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, as well as the applicable legal requirements.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Information, we will notify you by posting a notice on the App or through other appropriate communication channels. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your consent to the changes. 8. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email at support@apphi.com to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

9. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us, including Personal Information and Document Information, will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than the country in which you reside.

12. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the App, you consent to receiving electronic communications, such as emails or in-app notifications, from us. 13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of laws.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and WhatSays with respect to the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the App.

16. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers may transmit "do not track" signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to these signals.

17. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to other websites or services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through third-party websites or services. We have no control over these third parties or their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or content of websites or services owned by third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services before providing any information to or through them.

18. No Rights of Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any Personal Information relating to users of the App.

19. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or any part thereof.

20. Language

This Privacy Policy is written in English. To the extent any translated version of this Privacy Policy conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
