At WhatSays ("we," "us," "our"), we respect the privacy of our users ("you," "your") and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when using our WhatSays app ("App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of laws.

There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to these signals.

The App may contain links to other websites or services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through third-party websites or services. We have no control over these third parties or their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or content of websites or services owned by third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services before providing any information to or through them.

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any Personal Information relating to users of the App.

This Privacy Policy is written in English. To the extent any translated version of this Privacy Policy conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
