One of the first statements Barr made was that the Mueller Report did not exonerate Trump.
Let me show you why it doesn't with what we already knew of the Trump case, most of it known well before the report was given to Barr.
Saying "no direct link could be established" isn't an exoneration but a cautionary statement on Trump. That outcome, given what we the public has known by public news releases over the last year.

What is the definition of collusion?

While the investigation came to be known as the collusion investigation it was an investigation into Russian interference in our election and collusion was part of that investigation, but just 1 part of it.
