Recovery Process: Step 8 of 12 Worksheet

Following the 12 Step Process toward recovery that has been set out by Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.

This series of 12 worksheets will provide you with ideas on how to fully engage with each step of the process. These worksheets do not replace the value and importance of attending support groups run by AA or NA if you are using this process.

As you work with Step 8 you may use different activities or tasks to help you feel that you have fully engaged with the intention of the step. Keeping a notebook or journal to help you through your recovery process is a good idea. You can record the different activities that you do and your reflections on them.

Here are a few suggestions of activities that can help you work with Step 8.
