11.3.2017 Itinerary
Home Game v. Lakeland
Senior Night and Middle School Night

4:00 PM

Section leaders and drum line report to bus #1 with uniform and instrument (one chaperone needed) and get dropped off at the stadium

4:00 PM

All other members ride the buses to the stadium when the buses return from their HS run. Make certain that you have uniform (in garment bag) and instrument

4:15 PM

Section leaders work with 8th grade students in their section on attention position, horns up and down, stepping off with left foot, and performing the music

4:30 PM

Rehearsal with all band members at the stadium (hang your garment bag on the fence along the track)

5:30 PM

rehearsal ends and dinner

Marching Wildcat underclassmen eat first! (seniors will eat during the game)

After eating, marching wildcats report to the MS band rooms to change into uniform and put your garment bag in your seat on the buses (in the bus lane) - DO NOT FORGET YOUR SHAKO AND PLUME WHEN YOU GO TO CHANGE!!!

6:15 PM

SENIORS and their escorts must be lined up by the south concession stand in alphabetical order

6:15 PM

Marching Wildcats warm up for pre game in normal location

6:45 PM

March to the stadium for pre-game (meet seniors at the stadium gate if they don’t make it to warm up area after senior night introductions)

6:50 PM

Pre-Game and National Anthem

1st half - 8th grade members sit in rows between Marching Wildcats

Approx 8 PM

Halftime Performance - Report to the track and find your line leader with 6 minutes left in the second quarter

After half-time - eighth grade students are dismissed to their parents

9:15 PM

Post Game performance by Marching Wildcats

10:00 PM
