PowerSchool Parent Tutorial: Complete Enrollment Forms

  1. Log into PowerSchool (https://esd.powerschool.com/public/home.html). Forms may either be completed in the web browser, or mobile app.

  1. Select the student you would like to complete enrollment forms for in top left of the blue banner. Click on Forms on the left-hand side and select the Enrollment tab.

    Note: You will need to fill out enrollment forms for each student.
  2. You must complete EACH & ONLY of the following forms:
  1. Click on the name of a form to open it.

  2. If a form requires a parent signature, please enter your first and last name in the field.
  3. Once the form is filled out, press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Your form will be submitted and you will return to the form selection screen. You may also click on the arrow to submit and jump to a specific form.


  1. Repeat steps #2-6 for each student for each of the three forms. Some forms (Student Contacts) will allow you to submit information for multiple students.
