5 Senses Mindfulness Worksheet
Senses | Mindfulness Exercise |
Sight | Look around you and notice five things you can see. Describe their colours, shapes, and textures. |
Hearing | Close your eyes and listen carefully. Identify four different sounds you can hear around you. What are they, and how do they make you feel? |
Smell | Take a few deep breaths. Can you detect three different smells? Describe them and how each smell affects you. |
Taste | Take a small bite of something, or imagine the taste of your favourite food. Identify two aspects of its taste—sweet, sour, bitter, or salty. |
Touch | Notice five things you can feel. This could be the sensation of your clothing on your skin, the texture of an object in your hand, or the feeling of the ground beneath your feet. |
