 This document outlines the Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) for Toothline AI (“we”, “our”, “us”), an AI receptionist solution for dental offices. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Toothline AI is a cloud-based virtual receptionist service that uses AI to answer calls, capture lead information, handle FAQs, and support appointment scheduling. Our service is delivered through cloud infrastructure and leverages third-party APIs such as voice synthesis, transcription, and scheduling tools.
