The Event

What can I expect from the event?

We Call It Flamenco is a magical experience that immerses you in Spanish culture without leaving your city. Discover six of the fifty different styles of flamenco, called "palos", performed by professional artists in a setting full of flowers, lights and shadow plays!

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Tickets

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility)

Zone B (great visibility)

Zone C (good visibility)

Seating is assigned on a first come first served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Venue information

Where is the experience taking place?

Arts Center of Oak Park (Free Church), 200 N Oak Park Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302.

How do I get to the venue?

You can drive to the venue or use public transport to get to the venue. The closest train stop is Oak Park (Green line) and the bus stop is Oak Park Ave & Erie St (Bus Number 311).

Is there food served?

There is no food or drink available and no outside food or drink are permitted inside the venue.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

Free Church Church is not ADA compliant. Guests will need to go up a flight of stairs to access the performance space. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue if you have any questions.

Is there parking available?

Limited street parking is available across the street on N Oak Park Ave. Various parking lots are available along Lake Street just west of the venue. We recommend arriving early to secure parking.

COVID Measures

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
