SuperCrowdHour Rewards Program Rules

Program Overview:

• Name of the Program: SuperCrowdHour Rewards Program
• Objective: To reward loyal attendees of SuperCrowdHour webinars with a $100 reimbursement for an investment made in a Regulation Crowdfund offering.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the SuperCrowdHour Rewards Program, participants must attend a minimum of ten SuperCrowdHour webinars.
• Attendance tracking officially begins on November 15, 2023.
• Tracking is made via Zoom so participants must register and attend using their own Zoom account.
• Webinars attended prior to the official launch of the program will not be counted toward the attendance requirement.

Reward Details:

• Upon attending the tenth SuperCrowdHour webinar, participants will be eligible to receive a $100 reimbursement for an investment made in a Regulation Crowdfund offering.
• The $100 reward will be provided in the form of a reimbursement and will be issued within 10 days of the recipient’s notifying us of their investment.

Redemption Process:

• Participants must invest in a Regulation Crowdfund offering within 30 days of receiving notification of earning the reward.
• To redeem the reward, participants must submit proof of their investment, including investment date and details of the Regulation Crowdfund offering.
• The reimbursement will be made via check or ETF as elected by the recipient.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• The SuperCrowdHour Rewards Program is subject to change or termination at the discretion of The Super Crowd, Inc., a PBC.
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
• Participants are responsible for any tax implications arising from the receipt of the $100 reimbursement.
• The program organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent activity.

Notification:

• Participants will be notified of their eligibility for the reward within seven days of attending their tenth SuperCrowdHour webinar.
• Notification will be sent to the email address provided by the participant during webinar registration.

By participating in the SuperCrowdHour Rewards Program, participants agree to abide by these rules.
