Leah’s Grandfather’s French Salad Dressing

3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

½ tsp. Salt

Freshly ground pepper

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

1 clove crushed garlic

½ tsp. Dijon mustard

Freshly chopped parsley, basil and any other herbs available -- I use scissors to cut them directly into dressing.  Can always use dried herbs if need be.

Whisk or use fork to blend ingredients well before you dress the salad

Double or triple recipe for large or extra large salads
