Our Signature Laaamburger
Taken from the grass-fed lambs on our ranch, a USDA patty with herbs and feta cheese, served on a bun brushed with tangy parsley-mint-garlic dressing, completed with mint coleslaw
for a little crunch.
Street tacos
Featuring “taquitos de discada,” the festive, south of the border Chihuahua blend of meats, vegetables and spices, sauteed in a disk.
Each taco is served on a corn tortilla with a wedge of lime; add spicy red salsa, mild green tomatillo salsa and/or diced cilantro & onion, as you please. Three per serving.
Green chile cheeseburger
¼ lb quality beef patty served on a toasted, buttered bun, with the option of melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and/or roasted green Rosales NM chile, as you like.
Veggie-burgers
Served on a toasted bun. Even San Isidro knows some people don’t eat meat.
Hot dogs
Served on a bun; part of our children’s meal.

A fantastic presentation of corn on the cob slathered with Mexican cream, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, chile powder and a wedge of lime, as you like.

Real pâte chou dough made in our licensed kitchen, fried fresh, dusted with cinnamon & sugar and served with thick, dark Spanish chocolate dipping sauce. Enjoy one as you would at an elegant cafe off the main boulevard in Madrid. We are stylin’!
Ice cream sundae
Soft serve ice cream (made with whole milk, not water), swirled in our own commercial machine. We offer a chocolate sundae, and this Spring an all-new, amazing soft serve treat featuring premium coffee syrup from Rhode Island, crumbled toffee, a chocolate biscotto and two chocolate-covered coffee beans just because.
