Where is the experience located?

In the Harry P. Leu Gardens located at 1920 N. Forest Ave, Orlando FL 32803

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.

How long does the experience last? (only the number)

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-90 mins at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options. NO outside Food or Beverages are allowed.

Is there parking available?

Limited, on-site parking can be reserved in advance on Fever. Complimentary off-site parking and a shuttle will be provided as an alternative. Off-site parking is located at:

Please arrive at the shuttle stop 45 minutes before your ticketed entry time. Accessible parking is available on-site on a first come, first served basis with a valid disability parking permit displayed.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

What if the weather is bad?

We won’t cancel for rain but if  weather conditions become extreme or unsafe we will cancel. In the case that the event is canceled, you will receive a voucher valid for the amount of your original purchase for you to reschedule for a time and date that is most convenient for you.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No, you can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website only.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless ticket will be validated directly in the Fever App. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 24 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact Fever here and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket id or order number.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out to tickets@memoiragency.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

What are the different all-inclusive ticket options and prices?

Adult (12+): Includes entry to the experience plus 1 - Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic beverages served in a commemorative LED cup and 1. Get to choose from a commemorative bucket of popcorn or other included snack. Onsite parking included

Child (3–11): Includes entry to the experience plus 1 non-alcoholic beverage. You can choose a commemorative bucket of popcorn or other included snack.  1 selection from various merchandise items is available . No parking included

Adult (12+) 2 Pack: Includes entry for 2 adults. 2 - Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic beverages served in a commemorative LED cup and 2. You can choose a commemorative bucket of popcorn or other included snack. Commemorative Photo Included. Onsite parking included.

Family 4 Pack (2 adults + 2 children): Includes entry for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Includes entry to the experience plus 2 alcoholic and 2 non-alcoholic beverages served in a commemorative LED cup, a commemorative snack, a selection of 2 available merchandise items . Onsite parking included.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time and If you are parking offsite, please give yourself at least an additional 45 minutes to park. This is to ensure you have enough time to check-in before entering the experience. There are no late entries.  Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes after the last scheduled ticket timeslot will be refused entry and will not be refunded or rescheduled.    

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Service dogs are welcome at Leu Gardens and their events. However, emotional support animals and pets are not permitted. Please do NOT leave animals unattended in parked vehicles!

Is the venue accessible?

While the Garden is generally accessible, there are some areas that may present obstacles, such as unpaved or grassy terrain.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event will include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

No. This is a walkthrough experience.  

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.  Our staff members are available throughout the event to assist guests with any concerns they may have. Please do not hesitate to approach a staff member if you require assistance at any time during your visit.  

Is a coat check available?

Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for strollers.
