- (pre-12/6/2024) Check your pay stubs in the Employee Access Center, Your user id is your employee number and your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number (unless you changed your password). Any issues, let me know.
- (post-12/6/2024) Our new accounting software has been completely installed and is now in use. This means the 12/6/2024 payroll is under this new system and there is a change in how to view your paystubs from 12/6/2024 and moving forward. The link to see your paystub is my.doculivery.com/lcs . Your user id will be lcs# (#=employee number) and password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. For example, if your employee number is 8675309, your user id would be lcs8675309 and password is the last 4 of ss#. I have attached a list of all staff's employee numbers sorted by last name.
- W-2s are now available online! You will receive a hardcopy in the mail, but you can also access it on Doculivery. Once you are in Doculivery, click the tax forms tab and opt-in to receive it electronically by following the instructions. You will be emailed a validation code to enter to be able to view your W-2. Once you open your W-2 you will be asked for a password which is your full social security number without dashes. If you have issues, please let me know.
- If you are a participant in the Lewis Cass Health Insurance through Henriott, there is a new product that has been launched. Healthjoy is an app that maintains all of your insurance information at the touch of a button (including dental and vision). It will also give you access to the telehealth (virtual doctor) option we have added to our plan. If you have any questions, please let me know. We are excited for this huge improvement to our plan and hope you take advantage of it.

- We have rolled out an employee discount program through Access Perks. You can find discounts and register for an account here. We are excited to help our staff save money and get the best bang for their buck!
- I get questions all the time about our Vision and Dental insurance. Our vision insurance is through UNUM and uses the EyeMed network. Our dental insurance is through Delta Dental. Neither of these coverages have a card issued. The provider will look up your coverage using your social security number and/or birthdate. You can go to www.eyemed.com and www.deltadental.com and register and print a card off from there if you wish, but that is not necessary.
- If you feel you need to change your withholdings for tax purposes you can contact me and I will send you the paperwork through Frontline, or you can fill out and return to me the following forms:
- From time to time, direct deposit accounts or amounts might need to be changed. If so, you can contact me and I will send you the paperwork through Frontline or you can fill out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and return to me.
- Any changes that are needed to your health insurance, dental or vision insurance (including changes to dependents) need to have this form filled out and returned to me. Insurance Information Packet
- Open enrollment for our health, dental and vision insurance plans has concluded for the 2025 plan year. This was a passive enrollment, which means if no changes were desired by the employee then they had to do nothing. Pleased to report that no anticipated increases to the health insurance premiums for employees and only slight premium increases on dental coverage.
- We have selected a new employee onboarding, contract and form distribution application through Frontline to replace our current application through Powerschool. This will simplify the onboarding process and will also work hand-in-hand with our other Frontline applications as well as our move to Komputrol. We went “live” on December 3rd and have communicated with employees via email with forms to complete to test the application.
